Hotel room is nice and spacious, nice bathroom design. However, the service doesn’t seem to be a 5 star hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect the cleanliness was absolutely beautiful and super clean.
But unfortunately one of the worse experience from the staff members specially the night shift manager were one of the rudest person and disrespect I have ever seen in my life.
So unfortunately when you book a hotel for holiday, business or and vocation with friends doesn’t matter how good the location is how clean it is and how beautiful or luxury it is. But if the staff member is rude and disrespect then it ruin the whole things and I don’t think anyone would ever want to go there anymore.
So because of the I have to give 2 stars.

Luxury & stylish furnished. Room is spacious & comfortable. Staff are attentive but not over doing. Perfect location with walking distance to restaurants and shoppings. The only disappointment is their over-rated restaurant Garçon Bleu.

提供tap water…無瓶裝水，有一瓶收費still water
環保型衞浴用品，大瓶的balmian讓人很不放心，其餘洗漱類全部環保產品，給我的感覺是消了住客用品標準
服務一般便捷酒店水平，無論是行李員還是前台
衞生馬馬虎虎
酒店位置可以，如果是阿德市內出行很方便
推薦給短途出差，辦完事走人

沒有免費的接送機服務，攜程錯誤提示有該服務。前台一位40多歲的華人服務員素質極差，不懂禮貌用語，五星級酒店沒有接送機服務還理直氣壯，簡直傻到爆！迷你吧全部要收費！冰箱飲料全部收費！沒有歡迎水果！一塌糊塗！最差最差的就是軟件服務！強烈建議不要入住該酒店！

房間很新，價格相對貴點，但是實施好，房間乾淨沒有異味，地段也非常方便，出去就是City，坐小火車去海邊路線也很簡單
