Great venue for food, drink and accommodation. Definitely book! Definitely drop in for a beer overlooking the Goldie. Great staff. The steak was the best I’ve ever tasted. Do yourself a favour today..

View is great at the rear, rooms are nice enough. Downside, unfriendliest staff I've met in a long time and the whole place literally shut down at eight o'clock. We couldn't get two keys, the same for other couples, trust me, you'll need two keys to your room. It's okay, I've had better experiences. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff let it down for me.

We were there for lunch and ordered 2 x eye fillet steaks ($41 each) medium rare, and the quinoa salad with prawns ($39). We were sitting outside admiring the view when my salad arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. I waited for a few minutes for my husband and son's steaks to arrive but they said to start eating. 10 minutes later my son asked about their steaks and the waitress came with them a few minutes later. Both were cooked medium to well with only 1 having a little pink (which would be medium) inside at one end. They didn't want to complain as it would have taken another half an hour to get more steaks cooked. That said they were tender but could have been better if cooked as requested. My salad was well presented and delicious. Please note you can't just go and look at the fabulous view out the back unless you dine or have a drink.

TV fell off its bracket while in suite 17, cracked my phone screen & the horrible manager Theresa would not believe it happened even though we took photos at the time. Promised to fix it after fighting with her in reception, sent through my receipts & only received $100 of the $233. Emailed several more times to no reply, then called to speak to another equally appalling manager called Brendan, who told me that was all they were going to pay because "it really wasn't their fault". Was then told they said we had RIPPED THE TV OFF THE WALL TRYING TO MOVE IT. Why on earth would we do that?? He then laughed at me when I got upset. Unprofessional, rude & appalling customer service. Poor quality facilities. Overpriced & sub-standard meals, to add to it. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We went tonight for dinner with our two children and four grandchildren. The food was awesome as usual , but i would have to say the service was unforgettable. The manager shawn and his team were just awesome. Patient, helpful and caring considering our crazy grandkids. I hope eagle heights hotel hold on the shawn and his team because as far as feeling welcome and comfortable they nailed it. I recomend this hotel …. I give a 10 out of ten for every aspect

Very old. Book via *********** and was given an accessible room instead of rooms for other guests. Paid $255, lights didn’t work, had to use dark toilet. Staff brought USA temporarily ligh after complaints. . No wifi in rooms but common area only, unthinkable for a resort in 21st century.

The resort is simply amazing, I had the themed spa Tuscany, just perfect with a great view of Gold Coast from my private balcony on the 1st floor. The food was just awesome and I was super satisfied with the service room and staff. Great atmosphere, relaxing place and money worthy considering Mount Tambourine prices.

Great menu and range of drinks available. Beautiful setting with panoramic views of the GC. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our meals and soaked up the ambience of the hotel and its beautiful surrounds.

Went with my family for my 60th birthday. We went early and orded from the special of the day menu but they had already run out. Very disappointed. Tried to order again by this time the queue made it impossible and the waitress told us it would be a 40 minute wait for the food. Totally unacceptable for an establishment of this size, they obviously need more competent staff/management as we were unable to have lunch. The music was that loud we had to shout at each other. After all that it's only pub menu food anyway. Save yourselves the angst. Their own sign says it all.!
