The entire meal was excellent, presenting a good choice of different from standard dishes, which were all beautifully cooked. We could not fault any of our choices, thoroughly enjoying the different tastes. Service was very good, though the restaurant was not busy - a Tuesday evening.

Absolutely fabulous. This was my first trip to Mallories, I received a gift voucher for my birthday and this was what led to me booking a meal. The place is beautiful, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and attentive. Could not fault them. The menu choice was not vast but there was something for everyone. The food was sensational. Exquisitely presented and flavoursome. The portions were just enough, not overfacing or insufficient. Overall an amazing meal. Couldn’t recommend Mallories enough. You could not fail to be anything other than impressed with every aspect of this little gem of a place.

The lady that looked after us was fantastic. I was able to order some balloons to be delivered there and she took them to get blown up with helium for me. Food was good and fairly priced. The venue was decorated well and comfortable. We went for my uncles 90th lunch and he had a wonderful time.

To start The front of house girls were fabulous. Very welcoming and attentive,nothing was to much trouble for them. A very good choice of drinks. The food - We didnt order starters and went straight to the mains.The wait however for the food was 45 minutes.that is a long time to wait from ordering. The beef,i ordered well done.it came out rare and I could hardly chew it. The mash was very salty and so were the roast potatoes. My husband had the lamb and got 2 very thin,small slices. We gave the Sunday lunch another chance as we came a few weeks ago and had the same issues but we voiced our concerns the last time and we hoped it was going to be better today but sadly not! It is such a shame as the girls are amazing and the place is beautiful and clean,but the food just let's it down for us and it isn't a cheap place to eat either so you would think it would be faultless. Such a shame as it is on our doorstep but it isn't for us.sorry.

Today was our 40th wedding anniversary with 24 family members. Absolutely fantastic occasion, the organisation of the event was 1st class and both Tracey and I were blown away, food was delicious, service was great, helpful and pleasant staff that couldn't do enough for us, highly recommend, 5 star

Our local village restaurant, we have only tried their Sunday dinner before! but decided to dine in on a Friday evening just me and my husband and what a meal! Absolutely amazing, best steak I have had for a long time and the parmesan truffle chips are a must!! we shared a bread with flavoured butter & oils to start and that was delicious! The chef even sent out a complimentary appetiser which also went down a treat! Everything we ate was 10/10 Staff were also very lovely and welcoming! Well done Mallories, keep up the hard work! :)

We live in the next village & have been meaning to try mallories for a while now! Finally went with friends & it definitely didn’t disappoint! All food was beautifully cooked & everyone’s plate was cleared. Really clean restaurant, comfy chairs & clean toilets too which makes the experience better! We will be booking again soon to try Sunday lunch 😊

Amazing Sunday lunch, service was great and they catered for various allergies. The starters were beautiful and mains were great with plenty of sides.We all loved it.

Stunning food in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent service with a smile and thoughtful touches. E,g noticing a table lamp was not as bright as it should be and changing it wordlessly. We had a very enjoyable evening altogether Highly recommended.
