First room was a lot of issues with AC and the bed mattress not comfortable but second room when we ask to change it was better but not the best

Outstanding front desk staff at both check in and check out. Nice pool area. Room very clean and smelled fantastic.

So I read ALOT of reviews and have to say yikes. Our check in was iffy . I asked about the park tickets we got and was told they don’t do them on off season (well the website didn’t say that but okey) our room was ‘clean’ but there was some watermarks on the counters that just showed use. The pool was great the kids loved it, sauna too. Still just annoyed about the animal park tickets, we were going to go back in the summer to see it but I guess not now

Wasn’t what we expected it to be. Thought we were staying in the tree house Property ended up staying in the hotel. Had to change rooms because the curtains wouldn’t close. Toilet too small and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom.showerhead had no water pressure. Microwave was missing a knob.

Very Comfortable bed and pillows. It could use a full length mirror, only mirror is in the bathroom. Our room had a slight old aroma. Glad to have an end room, kids running halls and people upstairs and next to us very loud after 10 pm. No breakfast,but conveniently close to places we need to be

We had a great stay. Quick one night stay for a concert in town. Room was not fancy but very big and comfy! Price was right! Balcony overlooking pool was a bonus!

I just went for a long weekend, just friends. We stayed in the hotel. The hallway smelled and carpet looked terrible, however, as soon as I entered my room, it was super clean and no smell. I had some confusion as to the parking (where to park) as they don't really have alot of space. I think check in could have provided a little more information. But we were able to figure it out. Overall, I would definitely recommend and do plan on returning with my family.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We do a girl's weekend once a year. I would suggest you updating the book you have in there with all the coupons and things to do. Also there is an outside door that does not lock
