This was our first time staying here and it was a very pleasant experience. The owners were extremely helpful. Between the time of our booking the reservation and our arrival at Jeannie’s , the management had changed ownership which lead to the booking not showing up in the system. The gentleman who assisted us was so patient, and insisted that he would do “whatever it takes” to get us checked-in, and settled into our room as we had been driving all day. Even though there wasn’t a record of our reservation, there wasn’t a delay in getting us to a SPOTLESS room, with 0 odor of smoke, which my wife requires due to her extreme sensitivity to stale smoke. Upon unpacking and turning down our bed, we discovered our cable wasn’t working, which was resolved immediately. It was at this time that we were given the information required to connect to the Wireless Network. During the night when it got chilly, it was determined that there wasn’t a thermostat in our room, which was a bummer, but it wasn’t the end of world. The manager was so kind as to get us an extra comforter, which my wife greatly appreciated! Overall, I would rate this trip a 4.5-5 stars! We will absolutely stay here again when coming back to town!
