It’s a great place to stay with family because of the family rooms, well situated and clean. The mosquito situation though, i think maybe have mosquito nets and some insects traps in the rooms. Overall we loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it

My stay at the hotel was unfortunately marred by a disappointing experience and left me with anger. Despite booking through their website and having a confirmation email, upon arrival, I was informed they had no record of my reservation. Despite showing the email, the owner conveyed an inability to assist. She with an arrogant tone of voice said that nothing she could do about it. Moreover, despite arriving early and witnessing empty rooms being cleaned, I was told all rooms were occupied. The owner lied on my face because I saw empty ones and cleaners at work cleaning the rooms. It added further frustration and made the situation even more upsetting. It's disheartening when a place doesn't honor their bookings and doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. I traveled to more than 120 countries and I have never witnessed this kind of arrogance, the treatment of a guest, and the behavior of the owner. Avoid all costs.

What an Amazing place! We were stunned, as the accommodation where hidden amongst businesses, and if you did not know it was accommodation, you would never bother to stop. The rooms are all clean and neat, with lots of room to move around. Beds are comfortable and linen is good quality.

Great Guesthouse with friendly people and cute dogs. Rooms are tasteful decorated. Nice little pool. Safe Parking inside the property. Not far from city center (Hilton hotel). Good breakfast with freshly made fried eggs. We would book it again

Great guesthouse! The breakfast was delicious. We did a self-drive holidays and could easily park our car on their dedicated courtyard. Location is calm inside, but actually across from a large mall & supermarket, which is very convenient for getting supplies at the start of your trip. I highly recommend Uzuri. They are reliable and very helpful. We had lost a luggage. They manage to find it and supported us in sending it abroad. Really top service approach.

The accommodations are very comfortable, the service of the staff is extremely attentive and friendly, the location is easy to access very close to the city center, shopping malls and restaurants and the breakfast is impeccable.

I love my home away from home. Uzuri is always clean and close to a mall. Save parking and very friendly staff. I love my room I always book. The breakfast they service could be a bit better like maybe a variety of meats (bacon and wors) Thank you

Charming guesthouse in good location and fair price. Breakfast is simple, but good. Same for the room. We only stayed there for one night during the weekend, so we didn't get to explore much of the city since most things were closed, but it seemed like it was a short distance to most attractions (including the Namibia Craft Center).
