The staff at Galton House (Coenie the Manager and Jacob the server) were both excellent! Good food, and a great neighborhood for walking. This is a good location if you are flying out of the Windhoek Airport. There is also a pool on site if you want to cool off!

This small hotel has not so many rooms, but a nice large lobby and dining room. The rooms are rather small as the beds. The bed is also hard, and I prefer it soft. The bathroom is OK. But the main attraction is its staff, they are very friendly and competent and is always there then you need them. Another gem is the breakfast that was very nice and with a lot of different stuff to have on your bred, and the scramble eggs was the best I have had. The only thing that is not so good is the bread itself.

Fabulous service, large spacious rooms, great breakfasts to start your day, nice dip pool to chill off while catching a few rays. Had a great welcome and could not do enough to help, even as we had showed up many hours early. Very comfortable beds, air con in rooms. Great showers. Could not have waited for more

Excellent customer service. Best I have experienced in the world for a local bed and breakfast. Their fresh baked goods are world class. Danke to the Galton House Magicians. Will certainly be recommending your services to my colleagues at work.

Very warm welcome from the team. You feel like home. The living is decorated with style. Rooms are simple but neat and comfortable. The breakfast is great. The location is convenient. Strongly recommended for a start or return from a road trip in the country

The service at Galton is amazing. Far above expectation. The best place to end your Namibian road-trip, with friendly people and luxury service, that at their nice pool 👌🏼 Normal request, and not normal (our complete dirty laundry clean in 3h), they will fix it!

Host super nice Helpful and kind Called a taxi for the restaurant Had a parking spot for the truck with a big fence which was very secure. Love the sustainability mesure like the bucket in the shower to save on the first spray of water which is cold until it gets hot

A great small hotel on the outskirts of Windhoek. First class evening meal, don't bother to go elsewhere to eat, you will not find a better meal and you have to drive in a city you may not know the way around. Breakfast also excellent but the packed lunch was disappointing The Swimming pool is very relaxing.

Owned by ultimate safari, this was the start and finish to our planned holiday with ultimate. You could not wish for a better place. Peaceful, calm and serene. The staff and managers were welcoming and personable. Nothing was too much trouble. We did not dine there but the managers organised our reservation and transport to the local famous hostelry, Joes Bar which was a lovely touch. The bedrooms and surrounding area are clean and 5 star and their sustainability was excellent with water saving tips and very little plastic use. The turn down service was also a nice little touch. They really are magicians. Thank you
