The property was very clean, close to where I needed to be.
The only complaint I have is the parking for handicapped is quite far away from where the room I had was.

Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but there was a young black man working the front desk. He is professional and so kind. This man is someone that anyone executive or business owner should hire. He made my stay perfect.

The hot water went out on our first night, and when we left we noticed the sheets were stained in various places but they did at least give us free breakfast for the hot water issue and that was repaired by the second day. We didn’t notice the sheets until we were leaving, or would’ve definitely asked to have them change them but the staff members were friendly.

It's a bit warm, but the atmosphere is nice. The people are friendly and theres always something going on, though the showers were a bit rough on the skin and the pillows too soft for my liking. One of the elevators were under maintenance during my stay, but other than that its what you would expect. No free breakfast, but they do have breakfast options and plenty of places nearby to shop around.

My room was very clean. The hotel has a fun, cool feel. The staff were all professional and friendly.
My favorite part was the blackout curtains. They are secured in a way that no light comes in along the edges.
The only thing I didn't like was that the shower has no shelves or ledges, so there is no place to put your own soap or razor other than the floor.

Aloft Wichita is a very nice place. My only issue with it is its location. There are no eating establishments within walking distance (except at the local bar) and after having driven ten-plus hours from Albuquerque, the last thing I wanted to do was get back in my car and drive to a restaurant.

The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Handicap accessible parking was a long distance from an entrance. Due to this, my husband fatigued before reaching the room and fell. It would be helpful if handicap parking was located closer to the front entrance.
