This property was very nice. Staff was friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Loved the pulsating shower head. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was extremly friendly but hotel is a little dated. Did not have hot water when taking a shower, and called to ask about it. Got a call back from the manager about 30 mins later apologizing and stating that they found nothing wrong. Offered to move us rooms in the morning if the repair wasn't fixed. When wife took shower 30 mins after mine, water was warmer again but still not hot.
Also only had one towel in room booked for 2.

This property was very clean, modern, nicely decorated; felt new, nice touches with folded towels, generous toiletries, etc. Comfortable bed too.

Start off you charged for 2 rooms, after I had called 5 minutes after booking because I saw the room wasn't Handicap Assessable. You said on the phone it was cancelled, so I called direct and booked the right room. Then you guys decided not to e-mail that the room was still booked until Monday Morning, and it was to late to cancel per hotel policy. Then we get in assessable room and the heater was on super high and I was having trouble breathing (Lung Cancer) patient. But as I was sitting on the toilet I looked up to ceiling and there was a large patch of active BLACK MOLD. As a cancer patient I know what it looks like and affects my remaining lung. Called front desk to report and they sent 3 people to look and agreed it was indeed live BLACK MOLD. The other room wasn't accessible, so they said they would move us to a partly accessible room. By now we had moved all belonging into the different room and decided to use what we had. Got up Tuesday morning at 6am to shower for shower before surgery at United Regional Hospital and the shower head wasn't working. This is the worse Motel we have ever stayed in in my 72 years. I would never recommend this hotel or using hotels .com

The property was fairly clean and the breakfast was decent.
The other rooms next to us were very loud and yelling across at 6 am.

The room was great, but the staff when checking in was rude. Also, you need a ticket for the continental breakfast and basically have a babysitter while in the breakfast room. We gave her out tickets, she wrote it down and then asked us again for our tickets like 5 minutes later. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and pleasure and this was the most ridiculous I've seen. The selection wasn't great, either.

I have stayed here multiple times around Christmas. It’s always been very positive. Breakfast is great. Staff is wonderful.
