Very good hospitality. Very clean, very respectful, next time I come to NY I’ll be staying here again will refer to all my family friends.

It’s a lovely hotel and great location for me. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, specifically the night stand area. It was very dirty behind the nightstand and the way they have the cords hooked to an extension box …. Every time I moved in the bed one plug kept disconnecting. I also found a pair of glasses that did not belong to me. Tells me no one cleaned around that area.

Although I was supposed to have a king size bed, I did not get one. The ac/ heating system was not working and although they sent a service technician to fix it , it didn't work. At check out I told the front desk about the issues they were very apologetic and refunded our destination and parking fees. We have stayed here many times before and we will again.

This hotel was excellent! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness was vey good and the location is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping and transportation. We will definitely stay there again.

Waited 15 minutes to be let out of the parking garage. No one picked up on the assistance line at the exit. I had to call the reservation desk to be handed around to three different connections. We were finally connected to the garage superintendent and told to hit the assistance button again for the 15th time. Didn’t I just say that wasn’t working?!! Ridiculously inconvenient and annoying, especially with people behind you waiting to leave as well. Got to get a better system.

Hotel is old but well maintained and likely to be renovated soon. Staff was excellent except for a couple of stray hairs on th.e bathroom floor
