I come here all the time and my stay is always pleasant. Kathy always assist me and she has excellent customer service! I also met Sammie, she has a great personality and interacts by making eye contact. I will be back tomorrow and I enjoy the hospitality here!

Very professional staff, my family was very comfortable with the rooms and the excellent service. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family for staying at the hotel. Even the parking lot is very clean and the employees ane very friendly. Thank you

Staff is super friendly and made sure we were all accommodated. The rooms are always super clean and spacious. Beds are really comfortable and pillows are really soft. It's like home away from home. My crew always chooses to come here because of the location and staffing. One of the better hotels in sulpher.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable! Staff was very friendly! I really loved Sammie and Kathy's personality. They are friendly and checked us in quickly. Rates are great and I just love the red roof inn. I will definitely be back with my family! Thank you Kathy and Sammie!

Came in today exhausted from work and power outage Front desk agent Ralph checked me in. Seems well mannered. And he signed me up with a program that saves me money and earn points. Clean room once entering. Fresh linen. Hot water Thank God. Thanks

Clean, comfortable, exceeded our expectations. We will be staying again when we come back through town. We weren’t expecting such a wonderful experience, but we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Minus the constant noise from the slamming doors, the rude and dismissive front desk staff Sammie. I enjoyed my stay and with the help of your amazing front desk agent Ralph(Astonishing customer service might I add) I was able to save money and earn points while doing it. No breakfast but the 10% discount out the Waffle House right next door makes up for it. And they are pet friendly no deposit when bringing your fury baby. Will be back.

One of the only places I stayed and wanted to rent more days. Awesome everything, room exactly what I was looking for clean spacious, felt like a studio apar**ent. A home feeling.. Staff friendly I love when you get greated and every front desk persons had good vibes
