The good bits: - Great location right next to the beach and 5 mins walk from the town center - Friendly staff - Well looked after interior - Great breakfast - standard German buffet options with extra hot choices and good quality fruits, yoghurts etc. The rest: - Wow, the price! Paid at leas twice as much as I would expect for this type of hotel anywhere else in Germany. Sylt needs more competition. - The rooms are very small, the bathrooms in particular are tiny. - There is no airconditioning. The rooms that face the sea will get very warm during the day and are hard to cool down at night. Overall, nice hotel in a great spot, but very hard to justify the price being charged for the facilities available.

great staff, unfortualtey very tiny bathroom, inaccuracy appears, the rooms ok expo towards ocean with noise from bar etc......definitely overpriced.....breakfast ist excellence...the massage team is chaotic so is the bike service which does not exist, a no go on Sylt, dinner was not worth the try

We were attracted to the location of this hotel when booking for 5 nights, and it did not disappoint. Easy access not only to the beach, but also to the shopping areas of Westerland, the many restaurants, and to the roadways to Kampen, List and Hornum. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the service generally friendly. We had breakfast included in our pricing, and this was a lovely addition. Very good. Overall value is fair. Amenity-wise, the pool is quite large and, if anything, takes too much away from the sauna area which has truly inadequate room for lounging (only four places for all guests). Yes, the adjacent bar area can also be used, but this is a public area and people also come there for drinks. Otherwise, the spa is quite good. Wi-Fi iffy, but the room TV does allow Android screen-share connectivity, though the Apple TV and AirPlay do not function. Note: many rooms face either the parking lot or the dunes.

the price quality can not be worse then in this hotel. You pay 650 euro for a very small room which is like a decoration of a small motel room of maximum 60 euro a night. It is unbelievable that people come here for this price. You can say that this is a tourist trap

A wonderful hotel, stylish inside even if the outside is a bit non descript. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfasts with great choice. Dinners were amazing. Four courses for chris**as which were truly exceptional. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. On the 5th floor which has amazing views, tthere is a cosy bar and a spa with 2 saunas and a steambath and a sizable pool. Super relaxing to watch the waves of the sea from the 90 degree hot sauna. Location is perfect. Exactly at the beach. Wonderful Chris**as. Thx.

Nettes Hotel für einen Business Trip, aber nicht für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt. In die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgeschrabbelt. Service Personal war aber sehr freundlich. Kleiner, flacher Pool, ab ca 13 Uhr keine Sonne mehr. Lage ok

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen , das Ambiente sehr schön , der Blick von Pool und Spa-Lounge aufs Meer grandios.
Abends im Hotel zu essen war zeitweise schwierig, da zu unflexibel wenn keine Halbpension gebucht wurde .
Das Personal war teilweise nicht sehr freundlich . Die Dame an der Rezeption war immer sehr beschäftigt , dass sie keine Zeit zum grüßen hatte .

Gute Lage, leider schon sehr abgewohnt.
Der Wellnessbereich ist viel zu klein, nur 4 Liegen, die ständig besetzt sind.
Mangels Personal auch wenig Service, wie frische Handtücher oder abends eine besetzte Bar.
