Breakfast could have been better. What we experienced was mediocre at best.

I was in a room with an adjoining door and the couple next to us decided to scream, yell, throw things against the wall, slam the door and do this all night and have a baby screaming all night. The front desk had to come up and tell them to stop and the door was slammed on him. Me and my two kids got no sleep that night. Overall, it’s a very nice stay except this one night.

This was the the worst hôtel expérience ever. The hôtel is in bad condition. The room was dirty, stains on the walls, ceiling and floor and dise on everything. Mould on the bathroom cealing, cloged bath drain.
As for the included breakfast, at 8AM there was no more coffee and nothing left to eat, so went to the restaurant.

Its winter time...they gave us "summer time sheets" in winter! Was NOT clean at all. And when they did finally give us a blanket...it had dried blood on it..and when my boyfriend went to ask for another one...they said they all had rips in them. And they gave us two sheets!! Pretty pathetic. I did take pictures. Its the middle of winter still... and they think im bringing my own blanket....we left that same night! It was HORRIBLE !

The lady at the front desk was amazing she helped me promptly when I needed it... Will recommend to friends and also I plan on staying again

The microwave didnt work, but the girl at the front desk let me use the microwave in the breakfast area.
We spilled water on the floor by the bed. When i cleaned it up the paper towel waa black from dirt.
