Positives: location is off the highway; in room: hot water in bathroom.
Negatives: second floor carpets dirty; in room: carpet also dirty, mini fridge didn't work, bed was uncomfortable to say the least. Felt unsafe as I checked out, very early and prior to breakfast, someone was sleeping in the hallway by elevator. The checkout process was confusing (virtual self checkout), and had to drop off key, but wasn't able to speak with an actual manager or front desk agent in person.

We liked this hotel so much that, when we needed to return to the area the next week, we booked it again. The price was a bargain, and the room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet... everything we want in a hotel room. The location was great, as it was close to so many stores and restaurants. If we need a room in the area again, we will definitely return here!

My wife and I have enjoyed our stay at this location it was quite and convenient for us. However I didn’t quite like how at check in another couple had access to our room due to the front desk double booking the room we had already booked online and just walked right into our room. That was unexcepted and no matter how many apologies that should not have happened at all. With the exception of that everything was good.

Personnel was very friendly!!
Hotel was old and not 100% clean and comfortable but it was not a bad stay either. It did the job well.

Easy on and off from the highway. Our rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Lobby and hallways reeked of pot, which was only drawback. Breakfast was pretty skimpy, and staff not very visible. A good stop, sleep and leave location.

I was just there in September and it seems they did some renovations different beds and floors. The bed I had in September was a Queen and this past visit was a Double. The wood like floors were gritty not fun to put bare feet on. There were dirt stains in the shower curtain and wash cloths. Don’t think I will be staying here again.
