The stay was great. The king bed suite was great other than the ac did not work. The cocktail waitress was rude

My time there was good when I left I forgot my work laptop. Usually they put stuff away and ship it to you not this time. Water pipes broke too while there

This hotel is the only pet friendly hotel that had a ******. It was not a fancy hotel, but it worked perfectly for what we needed. The pool was super clean and the staff made sure to make sure everyone followed the rules. The waitress at the pool was super nice and attentive. The elevators need some attention. The garden area is very pretty and the pool rooms are super convenient even though they do not have pet friendly pool rooms. The ****** is very close ot the rooms and was very clean.

Floor needed shampoo really bad. Staff was awesome but i think the nugget has gone down hill. It nice as it use to be.

Lobby was clean and presentable. No baggage lock up. Some of the staff wasn't friendly or just didn't want to be there. Pool need to be cleaned more. Some of the machines need to be cleaned (8ish hours). Some of the machines need to be recalibrated to work right. Elevator buttons need to get the lights working, and was missing some rails. Carpet needs to replaced on some floors.

I was shocked that they even rent a hotel room like the one we got - drawers and cabinets broken, windows filthy- even had profanities written in the dust on the windows no lamp and bed was so so old Will not return and the hotel should shut down that wing truthfully I have never left a negative review but this was over the top

Property is old and run down could use a remodeling. Walls are very thin. Seems more smokey than other casinos. Staff was nice. Still a good time.

The Nugget looks a bit rough. Only one of the two elevators to the tower rooms work. The one that does work seems to barely function and is missing handrails. There are numerous places where the carpets are stained and there is a lot of missing trim.
The pool is beautiful but the water in the hot tub looked dirty.
No hot water in the bathroom washbasin.
No fridge or microwave in our rooms.
We gambled for a few hours and never once saw a coctail waiter. We went across the street to Montego.

Surely staff. No feeling of welcome. Bare austere room. Constant trying to up-charge for everything. Not a pleasant stay.
