I love this hotel! One of my absolute favorites to stay in Pensacola beach!

This hotel was excellent! It has all the bells and whistles. If I had to find a negative, it was that you have to pay $15/day for parking.

Good location beachfront & close to restaurants. Clean, up to date rooms & facilities. But a main feature, heated pool, wasn’t working & not fixed during 11 night stay. Use of nearby hotel pool wasn’t convenient. Various other small problems like broken outlet/charging port weren’t fixed. HVAC was fair but didn’t always keep room at set temp. Broken water fountain/fill station.

Manager is very rough. Staff is flexible to change in stay but Manager is very rough and no kind way of saying no.

Nice location, right next to Gulf of Mexico. If you drive there, they do charge a parking fee of $16.50 per day. Seems to be normal at Pensacola Beach.

Pros: the property has great beach-front location, and great, comfortable layout. Rooms are spacey; breakfast area is well-designed and convenient; extra tables and bar area outside, with the ocean view; wide variety of snacks (including ice-cream) available for quick purchase; very nice pool; accessible boardwalk to the beach.
Cons: hidden fees - the property charges the guests steep daily fee for parking; poor service and poor housekeeping - multiple problems getting the room cleaned or even get fresh towels.

Overall- it was a great stay. Close to a beautiful beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good each morning. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but generally the room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. Wish beach chairs were available on weekdays. Would definitely stay here again!
