Clean and comfy room, but only 1 room card provided and even ask for deposit for additional room card. But overall, still a great place to stay.

the hotel is very clean, the staff not all are friendly but still okay
it also close to puri mall and some supermarket

I think everything was good, only the location and park area. ITS hard to find front office, and also ITS hard to get out into ourside

We stayed for 6 nights. Housekeeping didnt vacuum the floor and also didnt replenish toilet paper when it runs out.
Nice swimming pool. The croissants, pulut hitam at breakfast place (with lotsa of coconut milk) is nice and not sweet. Waiters will perform a lively dance at 830am daily, good to join in to wake the morning as well aa give them a morale boost. Went to the cafe for dinner and was charged approx sgd 3 for 2 plain water. Do check the description of your order. Plain water was charged as some drinks when we tot its free.
If u order delivery, u have to go to B1 to pick up your orders.
The hotel is part of a development of apartments.

we stay in 2 bedroom suites, the location is great, although the size is a little bit small for 2 bedroom. service is good.
