和好朋友來温州旅遊，特地選了温州威斯汀，交通很便利，離温州有名的步行街五馬街也很近。入住的話是前台叫鑫鑫的女孩子辦的，接待過程中她給人的感覺很好，看起來特別利落。還幫我們準備了歡迎水果，特別謝謝她。

酒店還是很豪華的，房間隔音好，而且床特別舒服，一晚上睡得很好，早餐也很豐盛，糯米飯特別好吃，就是洗漱用品“節約”了一點（沒找到梳子🤣），把車停地面上了，本來要自己承擔停車費，鑫鑫小姐姐還主動説幫我們去申請一下報銷，錢雖少，但是重要的是服務態度真的很好呀～

第一次選擇威斯汀酒店。酒店地理位置很好，是一個性價比非常高的酒店，離市中心很近，景觀房間對面就是白鷺洲公園，非常適合一家人帶小朋友出去旅行，rita的服務非常熱情，非常棒，體現了高端酒店的內涵，服務上面沒得説，重點是天夢之床，感覺睡上一覺改善了我多年的頸椎病，總體來説非常推薦

Overall, it was value for money. Executive lounge could be improved in terms of food quality being served and the overall ambience and service. Westin Wenzhou offers the best bird eyes view over the city and has sunrise and sunset peeking through the mountains on a clear sunny day.

Just amazing…everything from Check inn to check out…Especially in the reception Mr Edison Qiu and Mr Rayson Yu.,so kind personality…Highly appreciated,One of the best Westin hotel so far.👏👏👏…the Dinner was just superb,very attentive staff everywhere 👍🏻

Overall a good hotel, but slight improvement in management will help it become great.
Long waiting time for checking in, the cleaning staff manages to come at the worst time, every time.

The Westin Wenzhou is a good hotel and also good value. We were upgraded to an executive floor room but unfortunately smelt of smoke, otherwise very comfortable and good view. The buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent and I appreciated the personal attention maybe as the only laowai in residence!
