The Sheraton Wenzhou provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. The way the staff treated me as a customer was truly outstanding, making me feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. The services, installations, and facilities were immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standards. The room itself was a perfect combination of comfort and elegance, offering a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location proved extremely convenient for exploring the downtown area on foot. Overall, the Sheraton Wenzhou is an outstanding hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

Room was old and used, water stains on the wall, tables water marks, shower black stains
Hotel staff speaks poorly english,
Breakfast isn’t 5star international hotel, more like local hotel,
Most disappointing was: loud disco sound reached up to 22 floor

Internet access is quick, beds are soft and comfortable, the showers are clean and well-stocked and the decor is luxurious yet tasteful -- a great escape from the city streets.
The hotel offers Western and Chinese style food and the coffee bar buffet comes highly recommended.
