房間乾淨整潔舒適，早餐豐富營養多元化，離動車南站很近，前台小姐姐服務很好，辦事速度也快，還有個機器人可以送外賣上來，體驗感非常不錯！

入住一進洗手間 馬桶坐墊上全是尿漬
也是驚呆了 這就算是沒有消毒 也起碼擦一下吧

服務很好 衞生和其他全季比起來稍微差了一點
延遲退房也很爽快

前台的服務很好
門口打車很方便 就是公共交通不是很方便

因為看演唱會定的這裏，已經提前擔保付過房費，不知道為什麼還會打電話問我還來不來，而且是在演唱會的期間很影響觀感，晚上十一點多到店快速辦理了入住，外賣機器人送的特別不及時！！點了兩次，每次至少15分鐘，我們點的都是湯湯水水的 直接軟掉了
洗臉池下水特別特別慢 有些堵

真的是住過的最差的全季酒店，出差旅行一直都會選擇全季酒店因為放心，這次真的很失望，首先就是衞生，床頭櫃上看起來很臟，雙眼皮貼都還貼在上面，這麼明顯的東西難道不會清理嘛？打掃衞生的時候不擦嘛？晚上點外賣，正常機器人到房間門口，電話都會響提醒，結果等了二十分鐘還沒等到電話響，貓眼一看已經在門口很久了，也沒有提醒，如果沒去看，是不是就一直在門口等着，真的很失望這次，前台服務態度還挺好的，不會再去這個店了

衞生：看着就很讓人安心，阿姨很和藹
設施：齊全好用
服務：滿分滿分，前台小姐姐幫了好多忙，寄快遞也是請他幫忙的！真的太感謝啦，絕對好評！！！！
