The hotel's renovation proceeds well, with the vast majority of the building looking very smart with excellent facilities. I had to point out to the hotel, as is the case in many hotels globally, that changes in facilities and policies leave all textual information (eg. the online guide, menus, notices etc) out of date. I read the small print and asked for everything it promised but was not present. I asked for the missing sofa bed, safe, bathrobes, chocolates etc. The staff work tirelessly but are short handed for the task. While I was there new staff were being hired so all these matters are being addressed. I am indebted to duty manger Raj KC who went above and beyond in helping me cope with my problems, as an elderly man with fading eyesight and hearing, and medical challenges typical of my age group in Britain, in sending a 30 kilogram item I bought to the North West. I very much appreciated his advice and assistance and wish him all the best in his future career.

Ella-Jane in the restaurant is lovely. An asset to your business. Very welcoming. The food was of great quality and served with a smile. There was great choice on the menu too. Hotel restaurants can be a bit hit and miss, this was what we needed .

We dined at the restaurant in the evening and was served by Ella-Jane. She greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much. She made sure our orders were as per are requirement. She made sure we were happy with our orders. Thank you and we will definitely be visiting again.

Staff are always so friendly especially Raj who is very welcoming and professional, I am a frequent visitor as I travel for business and it’s always nice to see a friendly face . The hotel has a lovely a**osphere Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a large flat screen tv , lovely outside patio area .

I had breakfast this morning as I wanted to set myself up for the nice sunny day ahead and I have to say the environment was thrilling. I was served by a lady named Ella who was nice and friendly and helped me out in the buffet. She was such a lovely young girl and made the experience 10x better for me. Would definitely recommend for others as food was delightful and the staff made my stay worthwhile.

Me and my friends stayed in the hotel for the night, I went in the restaurant and sky was very very lovely and helpful. She gave us the option to sit outside or inside as it was a lovely day which was very nice. Making it a nice stay and would recommend it for others for the summer time

Our waitress was excellent, fabulous customer service. Food was lovely and provided us with gluten free options. The waitress and chef went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. Can’t wait for breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Came in for some drinks yesterday, the bar staff were extremely helpful, Sky in particular. Got our drinks to us very quickly and made some good recommendations. The courtyard service for food was very quick and the food was very good. The sun was directly on the courtyard which made the experience much better. Definitely will be coming back.

Great stay as always. Good hitel, good facilities. Only gripe is i dont gwt my IHG ppints as its booked through my work, this of course is an IHG policy, not an Aylesbury holiday inn policy. Food was good and Adrian on the bar was very helpful, as are all the staff on reception and breakfast
