The hotel is new and the rooms clean and comfortable but the service need improvement. The staff initially told me I can’t check in because the system for foreigner passports is not working and finally had to be my local friend to checkin our room. After all the staff told us the wrong directions to the room sending us to the wrong building. There are no shops or restaurants open nearby at the time of our visit.

負責任的説：酒店很新，但房間沒有裝修異味。設施乾淨整潔。前台很熱情！解決了我的所有疑惑和疑問，而且見面就送椰青和快樂水😄。早餐種類豐富，精緻且味道不錯。所在的美麗滙據説招商失敗，所以很安靜！非常滿意周邊環境。酒店還發來了周邊旅遊景點攻略以及各種美食小吃名稱地址，非常周到。最暖心的是：最後離店時孩子趕海撿到的小螃蟹寄居蟹…委託前台小哥哥幫忙放生。本以為會無下文，沒想到居然還通過微信告知已放生請放心，還附上了圖片！這次海南之行，換了三四家酒店。這家的服務是最滿意的！

自駕游到文昌，本在計劃外的城市因為這家酒店幸福感滿滿，可能是淡季的原因，凌晨到店免費升級房型了，感謝吳玲小姐姐的服務，非常貼心可愛，也多謝全體工作人員的微笑服務，讓北方的我感受到海南的温暖，還會再來，祝越來越

這次是帶小朋友來看嫦娥6號發射，沒有訂到希爾頓，所以選擇的這裏，也還算好，但不太方便，去海邊要走15分鐘，樓下就兩家飯店，酒店房間分佈比較開，能自駕的還是自駕吧，能定希爾頓的還是定希爾頓吧。酒店服務還算可以早餐選擇比較少，總的來説還是不錯。

酒店新開的非常不錯，離開邊上幾個景區也非常近。前台服務態度很好。洗衣房很整潔。就是有一點小小的遺憾，洗衣房為什麼還要收費呢？住店的客人不應該免費嗎？房間整體來説很乾凈，很整潔，很大，還有一個小陽台。

追火箭提前訂到的正常價，服務很好，位置很好，去沙灘去鎮上都很方便，隔壁的文昌雞很好吃，早餐也很好，五一人很多也沒有排隊吃不上的情況，淇水灣的沙子好細，有機會再來

大大大大大好評給假日酒店
文昌，第一次來，第一次看見了火箭
提前兩個多月定了房間，定的最便宜的大床房，火箭發射改期，加上姐妹的臨時加入。考慮到火箭發射當日昂貴的房價，試探性的詢問了一句能否換成雙床。結果前台帥哥灑脱的給我和妹妹換成了躍層雙卧套房。
幸福指數直接拉滿
樓上卧室陽台打開就是屋頂大平台，要是有個燒烤架啥的，好想在這裏住一個月。
早餐種類齊全，大家都好熱情，酒店店門之迷你可愛，進去之後別有洞天。
總之，文昌之行的100分是假日酒店和火箭給我的
另，酒店出門那條路下到的海灘完全滿足看火箭了，雖然是沒有希爾頓沙灘那兒更直觀，但是這邊人相對較少，舒適度更高一點。
火箭圖片來自iPhone14pro的視頻截圖。長征八號的遙三。長八發射工位離這邊海灘更近。要是長五的話，估計還得去希爾頓海灘那邊，不然發射工位會被遮擋。

酒店位置非常優越，離淇水灣非常近，追火箭定的房間，看完火箭發射大堵車，但是有我什麼事兒，看完上樓，你們堵着唄，我直接躺了休息啦

酒店人員服務很周到，推薦的當地美食也很好吃，酒店環境好，也很安靜，有自助洗衣房，兩次來文昌都選擇了這家酒店，價格不貴，性價比超高👍
