Below expectations - dates hotel with very poor quality breakfast

A beautiful place, however one of the worst managed hotels (if not actually the worst) we have ever been at: underqualified staff, no client service orientation at all, structure completely neglected… The place’s potential is completely unexploited: closed terraces, cushions of exterior furniture forgotten at the entrance of the hotel lobby, clean bed and bathroom linen “stored” on the sofas in the common corridors… One of the worst organized things is breakfast, which is a total nightmare. The team who runs this place really does not know their stuff and are simply in the wrong business! While we were there, the hotel was full: it is a true a cash generating machine therefore nobody cares about offering good service to guests, because it would be anyway full. To be avoided, especially in consideration of the high quality service that you normally can have in this area of Dolomites.

L'hotel è in posizione molto comoda per le piste (sci e slittino) raggiungibili comodamente a piedi o in autobus. Dall'hotel si può raggiungere con una bellissima passeggiata il lago di Carezza. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono ben curate. Molto carina la Spa anche se piccolina, ma noi l'abbiamo apprezzata tantissimo. La colazione e la cena sono state abbondanti e buone. Molto consigliato.

Struttura molto confortevole, camere pulite e calde. La colazione è eccezionale. Abbiamo alloggiato per due giorni con un gruppo di oltre 50 colleghi per week end di team bulding: accoglienza perfetta e attenta. Location vicino alle piste. Consiglio vivamente.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo staff gentile colazione varia e abbondante abbiamo pranzato il giorno di Natale ma non un granché la camera senza frigobar al primo piano senza ascensore camera molto minimalista. Ma la posizione è strategica avrei preferito cenare anche ma non ci è stato possibile perché uscivamo presto e al ritorno eravamo cotti chiaramente credo che molti clienti si sveglino presto per andare a sciare facendo una colazione abbondante e tornare per cena. Noi avevamo altri orari e ci sembrava di essere soli 🤣

L hotel bellissimo , colazione più che abbondante e cena otima. Personale gentilissimo , disponibile e sempre sorridente. Per chi vuole sciare e passare delle belle vacanze è perfetto 👌e chi vorrebbe vedere i mercatini Bolzano è vicino.

Localização espetacular com bela vista. O exterior do hotel parece bem melhor e não condiz com o interior que merece ser atualizado. Quarto muito compacto, cama baixa TV fixada na parede muito no alto, não possui frigo no quarto. Banheiro OK, ducha muito boa. Café da manhã razoavel, sucos industriais esperava natural. Paes e doces nao parecem feitos no dia. A atendente da recepção não foi muito gentil e pouco auxilia quando perguntada, sugiro orienta-la melhor como atender o cliente. Na reserva Hotels me informaram que pagaria €4 no total como taxa de soggiorno ...na recepção tive que pagar na chegada €11,40 !!!

L'albergo è situato in una posizione incantevole, non ci sono problemi di parcheggio, il personale è gentile e si dà da fare per esaudire quanto richiesto, nel complesso, insomma, nella norma, un plauso particolare, invece, va dato allo chef Onofrio Capodicasa che è autore di un'ottima cucina.
