The hotel was just ok. There was no fridge in the room. The hotel did not provide water as most hotels do. Breakfast was good I loved it. The bed on which I slept was making noise

Sought a personal service to book direct for an extra night and was sent away unhelpfully. Very take it or leave it. So I left.

Amazing stay, the food was amazing, beds were very comfortable, and the employees very pleasant I just want to shoutout the maintenance manager Elijah I think his name was… for going the extra mile to see that I was comfortable 👍🏾 somebody give that man a raise

Stayed in a large executive family room with 4 children. Lovely clean room, had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and breakfast staff very friendly. Reception staff on check out very miserable. But apart from that all good.

Great staff and top service. The lobby area gets busy at night but good choice of food and drinks. Nice hotel to spend a few days with kids. Hotel breakfast is good and has various selections including English breakfast and continental. Kids eat free subject to terms and conditions. The location is very convenient and easy to get around the town.

The hotel rooms are a little basic but comfortable and have everything you need. I stayed in a twin double with my daughter overnight for Uni, having travelled from Dorset, it was perfect after a long drive. The beds were comfy, the shower very powerful!! The staff are so unbelievably helpful and friendly. By far the cleanest and best smelling hotel I've ever stayed in. The surroundings are so peaceful and green. We didn't try the food, so can't comment, but seemed popular. If she ends up starting Uni up there I will book here every time without hesitation.
