The location of the hotel is great, it’s right next to the garden and the lake. The view of the room is also nice. There are some restaurants and shops nearby if you want to eat or buy something. 👍👍👍

位置相對比較偏，但是在大路邊上，開車的話還是很方便的。停車方便，前台服務熱情，客房打掃也很及時，非常滿意，房間性價比很高。

早餐慘不忍睹 9點結束 在星級酒店裡沒見過
洗漱台是温泉水，個人覺得達不到入口標準，根本沒法漱口，酒店圖片與實際完全不符，商務大床房還不如單間，而且根本不在新鄉，服務員從前台到廚師 ，都是國企風範，拉黑

很不錯，距離高速4公里左右，很大的停車場，設施也比較新，而且特色是24小時免費餐食。很清靜，主要是停車方便，自駕可以考慮。

衞生間陰暗，淋浴間牆縫，地縫清洗不乾淨
自來水有鹹味，説是温泉水…
淋浴花灑水壓極小
同行人早飯吃到臭雞蛋
雖然服務人員在退房時記下了反饋問題，但這些問題感覺很難改善，尤其是水質問題。井水直接做熱水會導致管道有極多的水垢和細菌

位置離下高速很近，適合開車去，停車場較大，我住的8樓朝陽可以看到湖，早餐比較豐富，有不限的酸奶和蛋撻，24小時簡餐，或者點菜送房間。
衞輝水鹹，有礦泉水供應。

一去到酒店就被前台質問為何下了兩次訂單？就不能一次下完？前台的懟懟大姐讓人印象深刻，不知道是不是心情不好，每句話都不中聽。衞生間可能是裝修時間久了，邊角就很不乾淨的感覺，要命的是沖廁所的水是熱水，上衞生間就很難受，且不説熱水會不會導致馬桶產生細菌，就那個温度也是讓人蒸桑拿啊！突然到訪的大姨媽求助前台被告知不能提供備用姨媽巾，因為沒有，衹能出門左拐走差不多5裏地去超市裡買。被告知九點半閉餐，七點四十去就基本沒有菜了，等到八點二十依舊沒上任何去菜品。不曉得是不是有接待培訓的緣故。非常不適合帶孩子入住的酒店，希望能幫助到大家。
