It was the most amazing stay we had. Everyone was so friendly here. I came here with my family and while we were here, my mother was sick. They took us to the ER with hotel transportation and they even followed up with her all the way thru our stay. The breakfast was always delicious and hotels was clean as usual. Mostly they treat us like a family. If I go back to Weihai , this will be my home always. Thank you everyone. 感谢韓菲，张海霞，王成兰，秦于美和其他的姊妹们！

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again in the future.

Nice clean hotel for the price. Not too far from train station and other scenic attractions. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I return to Weihai.

打分5分，如果可以突破上限，可以打6分。這多出來的分全部給服務。酒店是老酒店，但經過改造，設施有所更新提升，但重點是服務！入住有鮮花和咖啡；由於五一前不開放冷氣使得房間有些悶熱，鉑金管家張海霞聽説了立刻送來了冷風機；期間看到我們洗衣物，立刻推來移動衣架還幫烘乾，並送上洗衣液；我們外出遊玩，前台管家王艷靖預先準備了小食和飲料；晚上管家送牛奶；期間海霞姐特意告知我們需要更多水儘管説；離店前海霞姐特意為我們安排了去火車站的賓館車輛；大堂副理韓菲又送上小食和飲品….這服務太給力了！！我會推薦給朋友。對威海的好印象一定包含着鉑麗斯。

居住的威海鉑麗斯酒店，距離高鐵站以及景區近，交通十分便捷。酒店的大堂氣派，進門就感受到大廳前台的服務温度，伸手遞物，鞠躬問好盡顯山東人民敦實純樸、熱情好客的本色！客房設施裝修保養得很好，裝飾考究，乾淨舒適，還有客房管家送來歡迎水果。最乾淨的是衞生打掃負責，房間環境乾淨舒適，休息得很好，還是大些的酒店住得放心有保障！

酒店環境和大堂裝修風格會讓你覺得是老國企或者粵式老闆風，但服務的現代化和熱情細緻絕對讓你耳目一新，早餐也可圈可點，除了常規一線5星應該有的那些東西外，羊湯、海鮮粥、白蘭地、葯酒，甚至瑞士冷燕麥這麼冷門的東西都有。期間送水果、給小朋友送禮物、加微信以後各種關懷就不説了，老闆絕對是個有想法的人。對了，底層健身房絕對是你長久以來見過最好的
