作為攜程的老會員，從來沒住過這麼差的酒店！不明白攜程怎麼會給這家酒店4星推薦，以後都不知道該不該再信任攜程了😒
衞生：我們兩人晚上快九點才開車趕到酒店，一進房間滿屋狼藉，見圖片，垃圾床鋪都沒收拾，想打前台電話，突然發現房間根本就沒電話，衹能疲憊地下樓到前台告訴他們房間沒收拾。
設施：極其陳舊甚至簡陋，尤其衞生間樓上洗澡的聲音就好像在我們衞生間洗澡一樣，完全不隔音。
服務：完全沒感受到什麼服務，而且在我住過的所有酒店甚至二星三星酒店都會備有免費礦泉水，這家也沒有，當然所有房間都沒有電話這一點已經足夠奇葩了，客人有事兒衹能自己下樓找前台了。這樣的酒店設施服務連一般民宿都比不上，可價格比民宿翻倍貴，就因為攜程四星推薦了嗎？我真的開始懷疑攜程平台有問題了，這不是給會員挖坑兒嗎，我是看了推薦選擇這家酒店的，結果給本來挺美好的旅遊添了一大堵，希望別的會員別再上當了

十一長假全家出遊，訂了兩個房間，住了三天，賓館滿員，停車位基本夠用，好評。晚上睡覺冷被子薄，房間裏空調製熱不給力，差評。衞生間乾濕不分，淋雨龍頭衹有頂噴且水量不大，差評。住三天也沒有打掃衞生，差評。第三個晚上突然停電，維修後才來電，無語。對旅遊景區的賓館沒抱多大希望，湊合住吧。

酒店沒法拍照，縣城中的酒店，有空調，每天換布草，有獨立衞生間就很知足了，畢竟才300多塊錢。我着重説一下服務，我們總共兩間房，有一間晚上9點多，家裡人都睡了。倆女的工作人員，刷房卡推門就進來了。説要調電視。第二天，我在房間躺着呢，有一個大姐輕敲一下門，直接推門就進來。我説你幹嘛，他説我做衞生。我説不用，這才出去。下樓退房和前台一個大姐説，大姐的反應是無所謂，客房可能聽錯房間了。一句道歉的話沒有，這裡能稱為酒店也夠難為他們了，這家店大家謹慎，不要拿酒店的態度對待，放低預期

平時也住過很多酒店，第一次碰上洗澡洗到一半沒熱水的情況，最後實在沒辦法洗的涼水澡。洗完澡後用房間的吹風機在廁所裏吹頭髮直接跳閘，嚇了我們一大跳。床頭也衹有一個插座，衹能插一個充電器。家庭房也不算便宜了但屋子裡感覺起來就像一般的農家院，一點也不像500一晚的酒店該有的環境設施，體驗很差。

設施陳舊，室內玻璃臟，枱面上盡是灰，坐便器估計沒消毒，因為上面有污漬。掀開白色床單，裏面竟然有一根長頭髮，讓我嚴重懷疑床單是否更換。沒敢脱衣服，湊合睡的。這家了不起是個二星級！！！價錢卻高的離譜！
