AmericInn by Wyndham Webster City

I was traveling in the area and had to stop because of the weather. I booked online but unfortunately chose the wrong location in a neighboring city. I called right away to cancel but my request was denied. I considered driving there but the weather conditions were hazardous, so I paid for a night at another AmericInn location. I am a regular AmericaInn customer, and was extremely disappointed by their decision to deny my refund request. Would definitely not recommend.

A quiet location. Have stayed here for 4 years now on trips though the area. Hot tub is always out of order, yet had water in it. Pool water was cooler this time, had been warmer and nicer before. Bed blankets that are between the cover and sheet are looking pretty worn. Breakfast is average.

It was good except the hot tub was broken and that was one of the amenities we were searching for when we booked.

All the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Our room was so perfect. The design was a living room separated by a bathroom and the large room with jacuzzi tub. Tub did not work but staff tried to fix it. It was so close to the breakfast which was delicious and the pool. We even thought about just coming back just to go to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was so clean.

Excellent service. For some reason only one of my reservations from ********** was registered with the hotel but the front desk was very helpful and made sure we had a second room.

I loved staying in a hotel surrounded by corn fields. The staff was very friendly and made a family reunion even better.

It was clean and neat-- staff was fine, not particulaly friendly but no unfriendly either. Air conditioner ran all night and iced up the window.

Very nice and accommodating staff! The property was a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a definite win!

Slow check in with inexperienced staff member. I wish there was an exercise room. Other AmericInn’s seem to have them. Room was clean and large.
