Domaine du Hirtz, Restaurant & Spa

The lodges are very comfortable and great for a family (you can get up to 6 people in one). The Breakfast buffet was awesome, almost everything home-made. Dinner was great as well and we even had a live singer on thursday evening, which was a nice touch. The spa experience was awesome as well, nice massage, great sauna, and they limit the number of guests, which ensures that nothing feels overcrowded.

This place is amazing, both for relaxing or enjoying the nature. Hope to come back soon! Personnel is very nice, food and beers very good, and it is a good starting point for nice walks. Rooms are clean and dogs are welcome

Amazing SPA! We were only 10 people in the SPA this day so we could be separate and feel alone. In the middle of the forest, this hotel is really calm and peacefull. The studios are confortable and clean, the only thing is that the bathroom is quite small.

very good experience with a very welcoming and friendly staff. We booked first the Spa for the afternoon ( very clean and well explained and you can drink free tea on different spots around the spa path) and decided to stay for the night. the restaurant was also very good with typical menus and also a lot of vegies courses ! they make their own bred, pasteries and a lot of local cheeses, vegetable.... we booked a studio ( very well renovated and with a little kitchen). very good experience totally in line with our nature and quietness mood. ( the sauna has a direct wiew in the forest !) 100% recomended! thank you for this very good experience

Nous connaissons bien le Domaine du Hirtz mais c'est la première fois que nous sommes venus le jour de Noël (réservation faite en novembre). Et bien nous avons passé un excellent moment lors de ce déjeuner, très bon et toujours agréablement servi par tout le personnel gentil et attentionné. Pour le jour de Noël, deux menus étaient proposés ainsi qu'une carte. Il y a également un choix intéressant de vins dans plusieurs contenances à des prix très étudiés. Le restaurant était complet, l'ambiance chaleureuse et très agréable sans oublier la décoration ! Nous tenons à remercier chacun d'entre vous (accueil, service, cuisine) d'avoir travailler ce jour de Noël pour nous offrir beaucoup de plaisir et de bonheur.

Une belle déception, on s'attendait à du 3 étoiles, accueil froid, pas un sourire ( sauf le lendemain au moment de payer et partir), studio petit mais avec tout ce qu'il faut, déçu par la salle de bain, type camping en plastique, déçu par la literie et surtout par l'insonorisation (on entend parler les voisins). Établissement très peu chauffé, on mange avec nos vestes et le chauffage dans le studio ne fonctionne pas. Au restaurant, déception absolue, menu du terroir à 32€, ne les vaut pas du tout, pas de saveur (raviolis au saumon avec la pâte pas cuite, boeuf aux marrons sans marrons, crumble aux poires sans poires et très sec), petites quantités. On aurait dû apporter notre repas et manger dans la chambre. Le seul point positif : le petit déjeuner, accueil chaleureux, du choix et de bonnes viennoiseries faites maison. Le domaine a un très beau potentiel c'est dommage. Nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne le conseillons pas.
