Premier Inn Watford North

Had a fabulous stay at this Premier Inn , chosen due to the location - near Warner Bros for Harry Potter and it was perfect … so close ! but the really fabulous thing were the amazing staff - Damon especially was brilliant . He was really busy but couldn’t do enough to help us - moving rooms around so we were near each other and helped us rearrange the room and bring in an extra bed as we had a wheel chair and portable hoist to use . He was amazing a real credit to your hotel!! I need a Damon in my life at home!! nothing was too much trouble . Thank you, you thank you thank you !!

Terrible experience and no staff to talk to. Room was full of damp and mould. When tried to approach staff there was no one to talk too. Premier inn customer service also seems non existent I have stayed at this hotel previously and the room as been good, but room 214 needs to be closed down as it was actually a health concern if you are in the room for a long time Sadly there wasn’t an opportunity to speak to staff as reception was unmanned every time

We paid approximately £120 for 1 night. This was for myself, my wife and daughter and included evening meal (with drink) and breakfast. Overall we were very happy and thought the price offered really good value for money. The restaurant is small and food and drink options limited. Breakfast as with all Premier Inns was very good. When we checked in, it seemed that there was one staff doing everything. He was working his socks off and through no fault of his, some customers were having to wait. We were visiting for Warner Brothers Studios and this hotel was perfectly located.

We stay at Watford North Premier Inn a few times a year to visit the Warner Bros Studio tour. We live driving distance from it, bit we stay as we enjoy the experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Jennifer for checking us in and serving us dinner on our first night. She was very attentive and made a fuss of my child. Damon and Nahal served us dinner the following night and catered to our requests with no problems. Final breakfast on checkout day was very busy, but Jayden kept all tables happy with a smile on his face. The staff here really try their very best to make your staff as good as possible. The rooms are clean and have all the basics you need. The bed was comfortable and have extra pillows if required. As always, we enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

We were kept awake all night by very creaky noisy floorboards, we were in room 5. There were dodgy people in the car park in the evening trying people’s car handles. We had a van parked there with tools in, so felt very on edge. No security staff around. Bed was comfy. Room was as you would expect for a Premier Inn. Breakfast was good. But I wouldn’t stay again due to a very poor nights sleep, due to all the internal noise, and the poor security of the car park.

Clean hotel. Rooms nice and quiet and the beds are comfortable. Couldn’t fault the staff either. Damian went above and beyond for us during our stay and made us feel really welcomed. Perfect for families- especially after visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour as it’s around the corner and lots of things for the kids to do.

Room was very tired and needs a complete refurbishment. Large lumps of mould were present in the bathroom area. Disgusting. Main water feed into shower constantly dripping. Breakfast was good in the restaurant, however the evening meal has a really small menu. Only 6 items on the main menu, 2 of these were curry dishes, one pizza option and 3 other fairly bland options. The food was fine, just hardly any options. There is no standard bar area, just a fridge with bottled drinks, parking free, staff were fine also. Wouldn’t recommend until all rooms are refurbished.

The staff were lovely and couldn't do more to help us! Kind and friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was yummy, good value for money and the children ate for free which was a bonus. The room was basic but had everything we needed but for the price was definitely worth it.

Staff were great on site, went out there way for us. Room on the other hand wasnt good, damaged walls, broke remote not idea. Breakfast was welldone, the evening meal though was terrible. Wished we hadnt bothered, the kids choices were none exsistant. My partner is vegan and there was hardly anything on the menu, my choices weren't great. Theres a restaurant just outside, id advise going elsewhere for eveing meal. Weve stayed with this chain in the past and havent had an issue so maybe it was just this site, or maybe we were unlucky
