Nice room, ok service, nothing remarkable. Clean and convenient, the restaurant has a nice variety and good service. Not much in the way of amenities, but all in all it was quite cosy and comfortable.

The staff the location the food … everything was excellent from the time we arrived until we left. John and Paul were exceptional hosts. The food was second to none. Ella was very attentive. All staff were friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel especially the bedroom was excellent. Thank you to all the staff in Treacys

Staff were all very friendly. Room, pool, bar and breakfast room are all functional but could do with updating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. You pay for what you get.

Stopped over in Waterford and the hotel was easy to find, with nearby parking. Friendly staff and a great breakfast

Lovely suite given and had nice evening meal. Even enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly and very very helpful, had great chats with the waitresses in the evening when we ended up being last in the restaurant because we talked to much lol.

24 family members visited and had a lovely meal. Some of the group stayed in very comfortable beds. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Myself husband and other family stay here at least twice a year. We always get a great deal. Food and service in the restaurant is amazing. Lovely clean hotel. Always a good atmosphere. All staff are helpful and friendly.

It is very commendable what the Treacy is doing for the migrants from Africa and Ukraine, there is a real sense of community among the Ukrainian residents that is very heartwarming, I spoke with some African guys in the pool and they were very happy with the facilities and your kindness, I have nothing but respect for what the hotel is doing for all these displaced people it shows that you really care on a humanitarian level, what a lovely touch to see that the community there is thriving after all the hardships they must have suffered to get there, I only wish I could of seen more of that spirit in other hotels I’ve stayed in during my trip. Well done The Treacy Hotel 👋 I really liked the international feel of the place from the staff to the guests which is very refreshing, one could easily forget that they were actually in Ireland at this hotel, it was great. Thank you for this experience. I would definitely stay again if I ever go back to Waterford 😃
