Sonder Europa

I appreciate 24-hour support and the response rate is amazing. On room cleaning, clients should have access to hovers for cleaning their rooms if it cannot be built into the package.

Deck steps were a little dirty but otherwise quiet and off the main street. For the price I prefer at least one human around, and liquid creamer rather than the cheap powdered kind. A recycling container would be nice too.

Easy access to 2 different Metro stops, about 10-15 minute walk. Near Navy Yard so a lot of Marines in the area, felt safe. Didn’t go out at night so not sure of area in the dark but definitely felt safe during the day. I would stay there again.

Sonder was a very nice place to stay, clean, comfortable, modern, and in my opinion very nice! However, the cleaning staff was very inconsiderate!!! The walls are thin so at 7:00am when they were cleaning they were slamming doors dragging the table and chairs around when they were cleaning, banging the vacuum against the walls and just overall being very loud!! My stay was a week long so this happened all week long. I was on vacation so that means sleeping in, but that wasn’t to be! Other guests aloud their kids to run,scream, sing ,and play in the hallway with lots of door slamming! This also started around 7:00am and since there’s no front desk or anyone there, there was no one to complain to except the parents and like I said I was on vacation and not in the mood to fight. Funny thing is that Sonder supplies ear plugs on the nightstand! I stayed at the Sonder in Washington DC so parking was a challenge. But DC is like that with parking so Sonder can’t be blamed for parking issues. My time at Sonder was still very nice because my wife and I made the best of it and Sonder really was a very nice place!!

Nice location. Apartment was great for a family- having two rooms, a refrigerator, a stove, and a dishwasher.

Overall fine. Furniture starting to look tired and worn out. Washing machine was broken. Parking is not easy.

I love Sonder Europa! It was easy to find. Close to the places I needed to be along with grocery options near by. I plan to return sooner than later!

The property itself and the whole Sonder approach was absolutely fantastic. That area of DC still has a lot of questionable activity and individuals. I will definitely stay there again but everyone needs to be very careful especially after dark.

What a delight! Such a clean, stylish space properly and completely outfitted. Comfy bed, convenient location, beautiful community garden right outside my window- really enjoyed my stay here and will be back for sure.
