De kamer is groot, schoon en hygiënisch, de locatie is erg handig, het ontbijt is uitgebreid en de service is attent

Ik ging daar met drie vrienden, en het was gemakkelijk om overal te geraken omdat het dicht bij het Witte Huis was! De accommodatiefaciliteiten waren netjes en de kamers waren schoon!
Er werd voor ontbijt gezorgd, dus ik at het, en ik genoot twee dagen van het ontbijt.
Er was geen groot ongemak bij het nemen van Uber of Lyft naar het vliegveld!

We asked for an extra bed in the room but no bedding was provided despite us asking for it multiple times before getting there. Had to call after arriving and the bed sheet wasn’t clean and even had holes. At night the room can get quite loud from noise on the street and we could hear our neighbors. Overall the service was great though.

Avoid this place. The rooms are small and outdated. The AC is very loud. The staff is rude and not helpful.

This hotel was excellent! The staff was phenomenal- went above and beyond for customer service! They made great recommendations for nearby food, and places that deliver. The breakfast is amazing- not just a run of the mill waffle maker and yogurt. They offer yummy options that change slightly day to day with some standard staples like yogurt, fruit, and cereal.
The hotel itself is well appointed and in a great location. My two teens and I shared the King Suite which had a couch, and the space was perfect for us. Location wise It’s about a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, about 2 blocks to the White House, and plenty of parks and food nearby. The area is clean, and safe.
The only two (very minor) negatives I can say is that one of the hotel elevators was out of order during our stay. Overall, the only time it was an issue was first thing in the morning. Second- it’s directly next door to a gentlemen’s club. However- we never had any issues related to that even when out and about at nighttime. Just some guests may be more sensitive to that than others.

Everyone that works at Hyatt Place DC White House is super nice and goes out of there way to help. Front Desk got hot water, lemon, and honey for my girls when he saw them coughing

Staff is very friendly and considerate.
We had to switch our room because our first room was located beside Archibalds Gentleman’s Club and we could hear the music thumping throughout the night. We did not get much sleep. Our second room was a very quiet but the heat did not work. The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff was nice and courteous.
