The Staff Were A1 The Best i have ever experienced
They assisted me in a situation where i really needed some quick decision making. If you ever come to Dc this is where you want to be

Amazing location just two blocks off the mall. Also a short walk to city bikes and metro. $50/ night for parking so don't bring a car if you can get along without it. The valet service is super fast though, and unlike a garage you can use it multiple times for the same $50. Breakfast was ordinary but plenty of food.

Staff were welcoming and accommodating.
Living room couch dirty and appliances did not feel clean.
Bedroom was good size but curtains were designed intentionally not to fully close and shades by design did not cover full window, so if you need a fully dark bedroom, this would not be the place for you.
3-4 closets but only one has a handful of hangers.
Biggest con:
Loud heavy room doors that slam throughout your stay. Very loud and noisy guests at all hours of the night. Would not stay here again but not due to staff who were very good.

The room was large and comfortable and although we didn't use it, it is a nice touch to have a small 'kitchenette' (microwave etc). Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful that they really went to a lot of trouble to locate two very small earrnings that I had left behind in the room and must have been difficult to spot when they had fallen on the carpet. The gym facilities were good. I did not have the breakfast but my husband said that it wasn't especially good or plentiful. The always available tea, water and coffee in the lobby was very nice.

This has been my first time @ Capitol Hill & they did not disappoint. The staff was willing to help & service for the customer was delivered with a smile. The staff really keep you hydrated with all day & night coffee & tea & water which I consider exceptional as well. Staff member David really took time to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. Each staff member did not disappoint. I am definitely returning back to Capitol Hill. I really enjoyed myself.

Amazing location just steps away from the Capitol and Library of Congress. Short walk to Eastern Market. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of free street parking on weekends (Fri-Sun) in front of hotel.
