Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall

Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas. Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

🚗 交通：在市中心，離景點比較近 🧹衞生：事先沒有告知，沒人打掃衞生！每週打掃兩次。如果你不幸不在週二和週六，那不好意思，浴巾沒人換垃圾沒人倒。 🍃環境：老舊配不上四星，空調零下六度的天氣不停的壞，半夜凍醒，不壞的時間轟炸機一樣無法睡覺。怕聲音的一定要注意。 🔔服務：第一天的非姨大媽前台態度惡劣，訂的時候説明瞭要高層和臨街風景，給了三層不説，窗外是非常噁心的酒店垃圾場！對石子堆起來的小垃圾場一樣以及一個巨大的室外空調機噪音火車轟鳴。讓她給換直翻🙄️，好像誰欠了她兩百萬或者給她老公剛打架完。早餐巨搞笑，就是圖四這個不知道隔了幾天的三明治，放在袋子裏自己拿走。桌椅亂七八糟幾百年沒打掃你也坐不下去 總而言之這個價格不值得。但是攜程服務很好，最終幫助我換了房間給了補償。這是我一直用攜程的原因。感謝。
