#好評#對衛生程度，位置，服務，設施滿意；我在携程预定时已经交完钱了，结果在酒店check in的时候前台说没找到凭证，又刷了一遍卡，我拿给出预定凭证后他又检查了一遍，确认我提前付过钱了，说之后会把刚刚刷的金额退还给我，结果一礼拜过去了也没有退

The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff welcoming and helpful. Location was safe and in a nice walkable neighborhood with ample parking attached in the parking garage.

Fabulous picturesque area of dc easy access to great eateries. A distance away from museums. Suite was large bed was comfortable. Staff overwhelmed during crowded hotel stay. Staff accommodating and friendly. Parking in the basement inconvenient and extra charge. Pool at your own risk no towels I cleaned for the price charged.

When we first checked in the one-way escalator was not working so people were just walking up and down it to get to the lobby. When my boyfriend and I started to come back down to park the car, a lady who was servicing the escalator did not look to see if anyone was on it and starting running it both up and down very fast. When we shouted to get her attention at the bottom, we got yelled at even though there were no signs or caution tape put up to keep people off the escalator. I had also payed for a room with a city view just to see a building being torn down. One of the pillowcases on the bed had blood on it. The bar closed at 7 on a Saturday night. I know there were plenty of other places I could’ve gone however I was given a “1 free drink” ticket with my room keys(which was very kind) and would have loved to use it. Other people were complaining in the elevator about being kicked out of the pool because they were having swim lessons at 8pm on Saturday night?? I’ll say the breakfast made up for one star because it was delicious with many options, even freshly cooked omelets!

We booked for location and a pool for the kids. The pool is rented out for swim lessons (for us from 4-6 pm on a Saturday). The swim lessons take up the entire pool and make it tough for people staying at the hotel to swim. There was poop on the floor of the pool room. There were no towels. And the narrow walkway to the pool was being painted. Just inconvenient and unwelcoming. Room was fine and breakfast was okay.

The staff when I checked in at the front were helpful and friendly. The staff when I was leaving charged me for parking and “validated” my ticket but when I went to leave the gate charged me another $26 for the one night of parking.
The room overall was ok. Looked clean at first glance but the wall by the main room tv had red smears on it and spots of red, hoping for ketchup but who knows.
The bathroom had someone else’s used hand towel hanging on the curtain with hairs on it, so needless to say I did not want to take a shower. The room was set up very weird. No coat racks, but the closet/table unit was almost intimating having it in the room facing the bed. The first thing you see when getting up was two mirrors and this giant wardrobe style closet.
My girlfriend’s skin broke out in some itchy red rashes on her legs and wrists after sleeping in the bed. Will not be coming back.
