Hotel guest services very friendly and courteous! Gave great directions to the Fire & Ice Festival which was awesome. Beds comfortable and rooms clean - would definitely stay here agsin

A convenient and easily accessible hotel when visiting family “back home” In Lititz, PA… always friendly staff.
Beds and pillows need to be replaced and upgraded!
Breakfast always wonderful with the best cinnamon buns anywhere!

I inquired if a courtesy room upgrade and/or late check-out could be honored.
We were told these were not options unless we were enrolled in the “loyalty program.” I was hopeful 1 of the 2 options could be granted given that the hotel was not at max. capacity (and that extra hour would’ve helped tremendously, as we were exhausted)!

We had a great stay. Staff is friendly, everything was nice and clean. Hot breakfast was nice to have every morning. Would absolutely stay here again!

Front desk made me wait until 3pm to check in. I came in at 1:15pm trying to do an early check in, then was asked to come back at 3:00pm that was the time of check in. After waiting 1.5 hrs in the car I came back at 2:30pm just to see it if I could check in and the lady made me wait. She checked in another 3 people in front of me. Just ridiculous. I’m also a IHG member, in which i will definitely reconsider next time when booking hotels. Hotel is on the older side, but good to spend a night.

Pet friendly! Property was very accommodating for my family of 6. Room was clean and a good size for us. Only request, which was small, pls. fix or get rid of the pancake machine. So many people wanted them but it only worked when a staff member came out to readjust it. After the readjust it made one pancake, then stopped working. Just get a waffle machine.

Every member of the staff that we had contact with was friendly and professional. Breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was very uncomfortable, however. We felt every spring in the mattress. Also, despite being there over Chris**as when the temperatures were in the low to mid 30’s at night, the heat in the room was almost unbearable. We had it turned down to 60 but it still felt like it was about 75. After the first night, we actually had to turn on the air conditioning to keep the room comfortable, which seemed crazy in December in PA.

Convenient for downtown Lititz and local assisted-living homes. We were in the area visiting 98-year-old!
