Palm Aparts Warsaw

Decent apartment for the price. Clean and has the bare minimum you need for a short stay. Walking distance away from the Palace of Culture and Old Town. As I was arriving on an early flight, the staff said they couldn’t guarantee me an early check in but they would prioritise my room being cleaned and said that I could leave my luggage there while it’s being cleaned. When I turned up my room was already cleaned! Only issue I had was that nothing was done about the loud people across the hall who decided to go on a night out and start screaming at 3am.

I reserved and paid for the apartment a few weeks ago before my trip to Warsaw on AirBnB. Everything looked good, great pictures, everything new and clean. Host responded to my messages about Check-in. But reality was different. I was on my university lesson, so my boyfriend self-checked in for me yesterday. Apartment is awful! Hard to find, cooking panel is crushed, rusty parts in bathroom and kitchen, dirty bed sheets, dirty pillows, dirty kettle, dirty microwave and kitchen dishes! Location of furniture in bathroom is different and many broken parts. I tried to cancel reservation on AirBnB and ask a refund, but host refused. I won’t stay in this dirty room. So, today I visited this place (for the second time now) and documented everything on my phone, and I’ll do every thing that I need to have my money back. Smell inside apartment is awful too. I’ll add photos and videos to my review and comment every of them so "palm aparts" couldn’t lie, like they do with every other client who writes truth about them (screenshots below)

In a central location and very clean inside the apartment. That's about it. The internet didn't work, the TV didn't work. I messaged the staff who just apologised then stopped responding. Outside around the apartment seemed dodgy and dirty but the apartment itself was good enough to get some sleep for cheap. Wouldn't want to spend anymore than 1 night there though. The bathroom also doesn't lock.

Great apartment at a good price. The apartment had everything I needed for my trip and was close to the old town and the centre of Warsaw. Instructions for entry were very clear and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Appartement proche refait à neuf, situé à 20 min de la gare centrale, et proche des rues, restaurants, bars et attraits touristiques. Code pour récupérer les clés, le notre se situé au RDC. L appartement est peu équipé mais il y a le minimum. Le bémol pour moi sont le manque de double vitrage avec la rue fréquentée par les voitures et le tram et le 2 ème sont les rideaux trop petits qui ne couvrent pas la totalité des fenêtres et laisse passer le lumière du jour tot le matin (grasse matinée à oublier) Sinon top rapport qualité prix
