Our rooms - comfortable and soundproof, our rooms are spread over several categories ranging from the Classic room to the Comfort room and offer Queen, Twin, Triple and Family bedding. With an area of 12 to 23m2 they accommodate up to 4 people. Each room is equipped with a hairdryer, a 32-inch TV, a courtesy tray (coffee, tea, candies, speculos) and electric shutters. Comfort rooms have a walk-in shower, separate WC and air conditioning on request and subject to availability. Some have also seen on the park. Sure hotel in Reims is een modern en comfortabel hotel. Het vriendelijke personeel springt er echt uit. Het hotel is goed onderhouden en heeft een afgesloten parkeerplaats. Dit is fijn met een paar fietsen achterop. Je fietst in een kwartiertje naar het mooie centrum van Reims. Reims is een stad van uiterste, een prachtige kathedraal maar ook veel verpaupering. De kamers (en badkamer) zijn erg klein maar heel netjes en functioneel. Heel fijn is dat je vanaf je tablet of mobiele telefoon kan streamen naar de TV. Het ontbijt is goed en gevarieerd. Wel waren diverse items op. Die worden wel weer aangevuld maar door weinig personeel duurt dat soms even. Al met al waren we heel tevreden over alles en gaan we zeker terug als we weer in Reims willen overnachten.

Hotel is acceptable. Location is a bit odd right in a roundabout (traffic circle). Room was clean and comfortable enough. Not too large. Breakfast acceptable - better than some we had in Europe. Staff was very friendly. Area felt safe. Common areas were clean.

Lovely hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and a wonderful shower and bathroom. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the motorway . The receptionist was very welcoming . He made you feel valued as a customer. He was very informative about the local restaurants . Reassured if there were any problems with our room to advise him. The room was warm and comfortable . All we needed really . I would even stay here if I was visiting Reims for longer Breakfast was a good selection . With some hot food available to help ourselves .

- Sure Hotel by BW Reims Nord is located out of town center but it is easyly reachable by car. It takes approx 10-15min drive. Hotel Parking Area is free and safe. There are several parking areas in Reims center and it is not the problem for finding the free space. - Hotel room was modern design and big enough for comfortable stay. Room was very clean and very silent. - Hotel staff was very kind and helpful for explaining the details about the area.

Had a shower but drain chocked and flooded shower area. Had to use remaining towels to stop water going into bedroom area. My partner had to do without a shower as no towels left. Breakfast was dreadful. Reported problem with shower in the morning but no reaction as if they already knew about it. Will totally avoid Mercure Hotels in future. Very poor, absolute rubbish.

A very good place to stay if you travel by car and want to stay in Reims for one night. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet at night. It is located very close to a highway and several large stores including a really huge supermarket. With a car, it is easy to have a short drive to the city center for sightseeing and visiting one of the champagne houses.
