Location is great, 5 mins from the beach, but not to many restaurants around the room is nice and chill but the elevator situation can be annoying…. But would recommend the host is super helpful and the balcony is chill

We had cockroaches in our apartment and the host didn’t want to refund the two nights that we cancelled early. They did offer a different apartment but it’s in the same block so would have the same infestation. We did eventually get a refund via trip,
They have 4 lifts but each lift only services certain floors so you will wait 20 minutes just to get downstairs as when the lift arrives it will be full and u cannot enter.
The fire alarm went off one night and we had to walk down from the 14th floor. Bare this in mind if you are booking higher floors.
The swimming pool is also on the top floor ( 36) but it will take you 2 lifetimes to get up there as the lift is always full and we eventually had to take the stairs after waiting 30 minutes

The apartment was nice on the 27 floor! In the apartment there was not much things for use! No glasses, no forks, no toaster! The best of all is the use of the pool! Really big and relaxing! Lot of shops around, no need to search!

设施：天台露天泳池，健身房间十分好
卫生：清洁乾净
环境：旺中带静，不错
服务：到位，可以。
地面露天地方，空气清新，夜风清凉。附近亦有几間餐厅，及士多，购物饮食，叫外卖亦很方便。只是如自己没有開車过来，出入就要call車。缺点是大堂到了夜段灯同空调都关了，在大堂等电梯时，比较局促，闷热。

Trời ơi, tuyệt vời. Lần đầu tiên mình thuê được 1 nơi mà sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi mà giá cả lại ok nữa. C hướng dẫn cũng siêu nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Ra lại VT nữa mình sẽ chỉ nghĩ đến nơi này thui, không thích chỗ khác. 10 điểm

โรงแรมโอเคที่ตั้งโอเคสระลอยน้ำก็โอเคติดปัญหาแค่อย่างเดียวทางเดินและบนบันไดเลื่อนรอนานมากมากๆมากๆมากๆรอขึ้นบันไดลงบันไดเป็นชั่วโมง

日本で言う民泊のリゾートマンション版で、日本語はもちろん、英語も通じずチェックインに苦労しました。
レセプションで翻訳機を使い、なんとか入れました。
チェックアウトはキーを部屋内に置いて時間内に出ればOKでした。この辺はオーナーのやり方次第かもしれません。
エレベーターが各棟に4基ありますが、各基で行けるフロアが構っており、チェックイン時にはかなり待ちました。
洗濯機の使い方が分からず苦労しましたが何度か調べてトラ
して上手く行きました。
上記が少し面倒でしたが、立地も室内も、プールとジムもそれなりでいい思い出になりました。

같은 아파트 다른 숙소에도 2일 묵었으나, 여기가 더 좋습니다.
일반 숙소는 중국산TV가 대분분이지만 TV가 삼성인것보고 빠릇빠릇 만족하였음. 개미가 몇마리 보여서 위생 부분에만 조금 신경 쓰면 완벽하다.

部屋は広くて清潔で冷蔵庫も洗濯機もあり満足しました。
ただ、このコンドミニアムのエレベーターには不満しかありません。まず、圧倒的にエレベーターの数が少ない！しかも、低層階と高層階に分かれていますが、それぞれが独立して稼働しているので、人の出入りが多いときは各階に止まります。最上階にプールがあり、低層階に住んでいると、一回このストレスフルなエレベーターで一階まで降りて高層階行きに乗り換えるか、全フロアに止まる超絶遅いエレベーターに乗らなければなりません。外に出るにも最上階のプールに行くにもエレベーターの待ち時間がイライラするのでなるべく出たくありません。
このコンドミニアムの管理会社は早急にこの問題を解決するべきです。
