Beachouse Resort

安いとこざ少ないFijiでリーズナブルな値段でとてもよかったです。プールはおもったよりちいさかったです。

I stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though. Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available. There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops. The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling! My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.

The Beachouse resort is an amazing place with really good facilities. The dorm has amazing value for money also. The only thing that bothered me was most of the staff. Some were nice, but the most where the least likable staff member i experienced in 3 weeks Fiji in different hotels. Every question seemed to be to much, so grumpy!

Endroit très agréable, et l’équipe est très sympa. On y bien et on y reste. A savoir que c’est loin de tout commerces , donc peut être s’acheter qqs chips ou biscuits avant d’y aller pour les moment où la restauration et le bar sont fermés.

Service: not good Rooms: okay-ish Cleanliness:okay-ish Breakfast: poor Location: good Price: overpriced Wifi: main area but not great There is so much potential and we really want to give them the benefit of the doubt therefore we give them an average. However, a lot of improvement needs to be done. At arrival, we called if someone could help us with a trolley. They said it was not for the reception. Well after a long travel day with a lot of heavy bags, everything seems far. Then, because it took us a while, they send a kid to help us. Ridiculous and of course we did not allow him nor could he carry our bags. At the reception no happy Bula smile. We checked in and she sends the kid to get a trolley (are you kidding!!!!) and he shows us the room. The cards / reading did not really work well. Every time we needed to go to the reception and we felt like we were bothering them. Food wise is a disappointment. The continental breakfast is not continental at all. It’s ridiculous. Lunch and dinner are a bit boring or not good. In comparison to the quality a bit overrated. In relation to the activities. The yoga was free, but the yoga mats were disgusting. Make sure to bring a towel or your own mat. The snorkeling was very cool. Less cool is that we needed to go back and then they were fishing for 30 minutes. Would wanted to snorkel longer or go back to the hotel. Furthermore, when we asked if next day we could do it again it was confirmed. Next day no one knew where the captain was so no snorkeling trip. Another disappointment. The massage was good but they used just normal cooking oil and it was very difficult to get that out of my hair. Staff were not really friendly nor helpful. There are a lot of chairs and hammocks so great to lay around and relax. The dogs were a bit annoying and aggressive especially when we flew the drone up. Not comfortable at all. When staying in Fiji, please stay in a fancy resort. Otherwise it’s simply not worth going (trust us we tried many of local stays).

This was a fun place to visit. It was a beaut oasis with pool, sandy beach and semi decent snorkelling farther out. They had a great a**osphere almost like it was a backpackers hostel (cleaner and safer though), relaxed with many space to lounge either in hammocks, swings or couches. Drinks were a little over priced, but still cheaper than other resorts. Happy hour is the best time to get drinks at a cheap price late afternoons. Its great to see all the activities you can do while staying here, borrowing kayaks, paddle boards, snorkels.

Group trip with the family we had an absolute blast! Beach house is our favorite place to visit in fiji our beach house family always look after us make us feel so welcome. The activities offered are definitely worth the day you allocate toward the adventure, make sure to pack your sunscreen and stay sunsafe 10 out of 10 for fun thanks for the memories

I stayed at the Beachhouse with my son brother, his partner and their three boys. We all loved it! What stood out most was the a**osphere of this place and thats credit to the staff. All the staff were lovely easy going and fun to be around with, but most of all Duxton. You were amazing with the kids and are a genuin fun person to be around. You taught me to be brave in the water and was great with our family as a whole. I found it hard to say goodbye and my son says he will miss you too. I hope to visit again. Thank you to all the staff at beach house for the wonderful memories.

I have been a regular visitor to the Beachouse, ticks all the boxes for me, great location great views, lots of activities to do, very well priced and is very clean. The owner Andrew is a great guy and will bend over backwards to help you and he does a lot for the local community. Definitely recommend!!
