Hotel New York

Vriendelijke receptionisten, redelijke prijs in verhouding tot de algemene kwaliteit van de service, kamer werd elke dag nauwkeurig schoongemaakt, mooi en ontspannend uitzicht op zee vanuit de kamer. Het hotel ligt op 5 km afstand van het stadscentrum, dus het is een optimale oplossing als u op zoek bent naar een ontspannend hotel, ver weg van het lawaai van de binnenstad. De ontbijtvariatie kan worden verbeterd.

Er was geen warm water tijdens mijn verblijf en de wifi was verschrikkelijk voor een hotel

- The toilet was in bad condition and looked warn and not clean. - A tile in the floor was loose - Rooms comes with a minibar it says ind the description, but unfortunately you can only have a beer or a Coca cola. In my opinion that is not What you call a minibar when you can’t have a drink ot just a regular water. - No power sticks next to bed, so no night lights connected. The lamps is there but without power near the bed it’s just unneccesary with these lamps. - Sticky sheets, didn’t Seem dry. - In the conditions it says that you’ll have a aircondition Unit in the room. There is not a Unit and therefore you can’t control it Yousef And have to call reception to set temperature. Also it’s not powerfull enough to cool down the room. - You are really bothered of high noises from the hallway and from the Street. These noises are that high that you will wake up at night. - Wifi doesn’t work at standard rooms, which is highly critical. - Breakfast is boring and with a very small selektion. Not worth a penny. - Pool area is Old, faded colors all over. Pool is dirty and so are the cusions for the sunbeds. The place is warn and just filled up with old toys for children. Definitely not a place for relaxing. - We contacted the stadig regarding the above. They offered an other room, which would solve only two of the problems, which they did’nt care about. We were yelled at by the reception staff and therefore no longer felt safe and had to move from the place during the stay. - Overall really disapointed about this place, its warn, damaged and old. And the lack of service and kindness is just making the hole experience really disapointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a living soul.

Hotel ran out of water for hours on two occasions over 6 night stay. Didn't accept credit cards, although conveniently there's a cash machine outside (which charged quite high fee for withdrawal). Breakfast pancake or omelette (couldn't tell!)was cold, although displayed in hot tray. Staff friendly. Bit remote from main area although within walking distance. Nice building and comfy bed. Clean

The hotel is tucked-into a little enclave on the outskirt of Vlore, it is not in Vlore town. I has a nice beach across the road and superb view. I didn't enjoy the breakfast that much, but the restaurant staff -Lacking the required service background- were trying to help :) Room 402 has amazing Views.

The hotel is over rated as the only good thing is the location but every thing was bad , the room wasn’t clean , bed sheets wasn’t clean , toilet is very poor and the staff is unprofessional and not helping Even no towels for the pool and sea . My advice is to avoid it

Una struttura pessima che non è assolutamente adatta ad accogliere clientela internazionale. Da dove iniziare? Proverò ad essere sintetico. 1) Prezzo del transfer da e per aeroporto preventivato per 80€ poi diventati 200€ (dopo aver già prenotato e confermato). Ciononostante all'arrivo a Tirana nessun transfer era stato inviato e abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi (l'hotel non si è nemmeno scusato ma semplicemente ha offerto di pagare la differenza di prezzo) 2) Camera con una bella vista mare ma un arredamento penoso e un bagno minuscolo 3) Finestre senza tapparelle con tende per nulla oscuranti, col risultato che alla mattina presto già entrava luce 4) L'aria condizionata ha dato più volte problemi, la maggior parte dei giorni non faceva per nulla fresco nonostante venisse tenuta a 16 gradi sembrava più che altro un ventilatore 5) La cucina era terribile: a colazione, pranzo e cena venivano propinate sempre le stesse pietanze con pochissime varianti. Buffet scadente e ridicolo per numero di piatti. I pranzi soltanto nel weekend sono stati leggermente meglio perché anziché il buffet si ordinava da un menù, rigorosamente scritto solo in albanese. Inoltre un paio di giorni sono stato male e ho chiesto ad uno dei camerieri se fosse possibile avere della pasta in bianco, mi è stato risposto negativamente perché erano pieni di lavoro in cucina. Sono stato costretto ad andare a pranzo altrove e da quel momento non ho praticamente più né pranzato né cenato in hotel perché ero nauseato dal vedere sempre le stesse cose nel buffet. 6) La "spiaggia" (se così vogliamo definirla) offerta dall'hotel compresa nel prezzo è ridicola: una strisciolina di sassi con lettini pieni di muffa sui quali fa schifo stendersi anche usando l'asciugamano (vedere foto). Per questo motivo abbiamo dovuto cercare un'alternativa e per fortuna a pochi metri subito superata la galleria c'è una spiaggia sabbiosa molto carina e attrezzata. Ovviamente a pagamento. 7) La piscina era abbastanza carina, ma alcuni giorni l'acqua era davvero sporca perciò probabilmente non veniva nemmeno pulita tutti i giorni. 8) Il personale della struttura, specialmente quello di sala, sapeva spiccicare a malapena poche parole in inglese o italiano. In definitiva questo hotel non dovrebbe assolutamente essere preso in considerazione se si ha l'aspettativa di trascorrere una vacanza piacevole e mi stupisco che un tour operator italiano lo proponga ai clienti. Trovo inconcepibile che si paghi per una vacanza all inclusive e poi tocchi pagare per andare a mangiare altrove e per stare in una spiaggia degna di questo nome. Restano l'amarezza e la delusione per aver letteralmente buttato via dei soldi.
