Las instalaciones muy buenas,la habitación muy amplia,el servicio de maravilla,las recepcionistas y los camareros de lo mejor.El desayuno buenísimo y los menús para comida y cena súper variados.Todo riquísimo.La verdad es que todo muy bien.Sin duda repetiremos :)

This hotel was closed down. The website let me book and it’s $1100 for a night and it was a ghost town. Thanks for nothing and a major inconvenience. Also the website doesn’t say anything about it being closed. Horrible Mgmt!

For a hotel of this stand at it was really disappointing to have a cold room. Yes there was heating but it was incapable of getting the room up to temperature. Being on all night and the room was barely up to temperature.

The rooms are big but very badly maintained. The hotel is specialized on celebrating party, weddings and so on. People tend to be drunk, made a lot of noise on the corridors and if your room is located close to the garden (with amenities) or to the main entrance you will have problems to sleep because of the noise. Rooms smell to smoke a lot, Hotel attention to individual, foreign customers is non-existent, including when problems when drunk guests happen. A complete deception, I will not recommend to any friend.

Hotel con un encanto especial, nos dieron una habitación preciosa ,con vistas espectaculares Todo el personal encantador El desayuno ,y la cena muy bien El entorno es para desconectar y relaj**** en la piscina Para repetir sin duda

No os fieis de las estrellas... Pobre limpieza, desayuno en malas condiciones, y por la noche no te abre ni dios... Media hora esperando a que nos abran. Llamada a policía incluida... El recepcionista no estaba en su puesto. La bañera resbala muchísimo. Pedimos un antideslizante pero ni caso... La respuesta... Por medidas Covid...??? Se escapa el agua de la bañera porque la mampara no llega al borde de la bañera... Pusimos hoja de reclamaciones. Les dijimos que de 4 estrellas les sobran 3... Y no acabo de tanta chapuza...

Hemos ido un grupo de amigos después del partido de fútbol de los niños. Como somos 36 personas,donde 17 son niños, nos resulta difícil encontrar un sitio para comer. La comida muy buena y el trato inmejorable. Destacamos el trato amable y cariñoso con los niños. Terraza amplia y zona para jugar. Gracias por tu amabilidad Melody!

He quedado impresionado, pero para mal. El hotel se supone que es un cuatro estrellas, y el precio desde luego lo es, pero lo que me he encontrado está muy lejos de eso.
Ejemplos: la sábana de la cama era demasiado pequeña, y no daba para cubrirnos a los dos; El agua caliente de la ducha no era constante, y de repente salía fría; y en el bidé el agua fría no funcionaba, por lo que no se podía usar; las tumbonas de la piscina estaban viejas y desgastadas, muy desgastadas; y en general todo era viejo y gastado.
Cogimos el desayuno, y de nuevo era algo mediocre (salvo el café, de Nespresso). Solo había una camarera que, naturalmente, estaba desbordada.
Quizás hace 30 o 40 años fue un cuatro estrellas, pero hoy en día está muy lejos. Si crees que vas a un tres estrellas, no te decepcionará tanto.
