The hotel is OK, it has everything a 5-star hotel has, good linen which is really important, the beds are comfortable to sleep, good noise protection, clean areas. The pics on their web correspond 100% to the rooms. But we would especially like to point out the reception staff, including "jefe de recepción", which helped us a lot and did everything possible so that our stay would be comfortable and smooth. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

UN VESTUARIO ENANO EN DONDE LA UNICA DUCHA QUE HABIA TENIA LA SUJECION DE LA ALCACHOFA ROTA CON LO CUAL NO PODIAS SUJETARLA ARRIBA PARA LAVARTE EL PELO. EL SPA EN SI, MINUSCULO. LOS CHORROS CASI NO SE NOTAN Y EN LA ZONA JACUZZI HAY CHORRITOS FRIOS. LA SAUNA SE LIBRA, PERO LAS DOS HAMACAS RELAX CON CALOR DEL FINAL ESTAN DE ADORNO, NO DAN CALOR EN ABSOLUTO. PRECIO ABUSIVO(27€) PARA EL SERVICIO TAN BASICO Y ESCUETO. NADA RECOMENDABLE.

Terrible service! The food was good but the service was disgraceful! The waiter who served us was disrespectful and u kind. This was a special celebration for my family and was totally ruined by their poor service. Once raíces to the management she did not bothered to listen, never mind apologise. Never again!

The hotel is fine, but definitely not up to five star standards. Nowhere close. Except on price, they are still charging 5* room rates. Pros: the room is an ok size, the reception is nice, good parking, quiet location, pleasant staff. Cons: decor is old and tired, room wasn’t perfectly clean, old electronics such as hairdryer, poor facilities and amnesties in the room, no international tv or radio, no tea or coffee in the room, a horrible cheap cafe, extra charge for the spa, very far from the city centre. Given three stars because that is what the hotel should be advertising and charging.

Şehir merkezinin biraz dışında yer alan otel 5 yıldız olarak sınıflandırılmış. Şehirlerarası otobüs terminali 15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Çok yeni olmayan otelde odaların ve banyonun büyüklüğü normal, bornoz ve terlik gibi detaylar mevcut. Sadece temizlik açısıdan söylemek gerekirse odada tozlu bölgelerin olduğunu söyleyebilirim.Onun dışında kahvaltı çeşidi olarak ***et yeterli.Ayrıca kullanmadım ama SPA da mevcut.

Fuimos con un grupo de 49 personas cerca de Barcelona Hotel grande . Habitaciones grandes,limpias ,muy bien Las comidas del hotel Desayuno correcto, muy bien Las cenas , justas de comida, pero lo peor , entrábamos a las 21 a cenar - a las 22 ,decían que tenían que recoger la mesa y nos hacían levantar, rápido rápido... no podia haber sobremesa, no dabas calidad ni delicadeza . No me había encontrado ninguna otra vez, en ninguno de mis viajes . El bar super pequeño para tomar un café en grupo, nada cómodo. Pensando que es un hotel a 3 km de Vitoria, que no hay nada más a su alrededor,podrían tener más consideración en estos detalles. Además no encontrabas ningún responsable para que pudieran escucharte. Pedir para ir al spa, 22 € una hora, no aceptaron ningun descuento ,si íbamos un pequeño grupo . Las ***** no lo parece .
