It's overrated and overhyped. Amount of money we paid is too much for the service and room quality. Bedsheet ar having holes and is not changed even after complaining. Room is also not so clean. Bathroom sleeper were not provided at first. Commode is also broken. Real waste of money it is. Location is good and it's half km from jagdamba junction.

We stayed in Winsar park for 3 nights in 2 rooms and the whole experience was a pleasant one. The staff was courteous enough to facilitate an early check-in. The rooms and lenin were clean and had required amenities (Wardrobe with electronic locker, mini fridge, TV, kettle, hot and cold water, etc). The breakfast buffet spread was good too. The hotel is close to city center (Jagadamba center) and beach is 5 mins away. Overall we found the stay quite satisfying and would recommend it.

The owner lady was very rude to us. She verbally abused us. We came to complain at the reception. The receptionist forwarded the complaint to the owner and his wife. The owner lady started talking very rudely and hurled abuses at us. Never stepping foot here again

Modern and clean property. Friendly and helpful staff particularly accommodating a late checkout before my evening flight. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Ten minute walk to beachfront. Thoroughly enjoyed my 8 day stay and would highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Visag.

The actual price of the room is 3200 INR when checked from the reception however from ******* it’s charged around 4000 INR. That’s something made feel more like an issue other than the stay .

Me and my wife stayed here for two nights and it was overall a very good experience. The rooms are good and have all the basic amenities that you expect from a modern hotel. The staff was also professional and helpful. Location of the hotel is not at the beach though but it is near to the market. The beach is some half kilometres from there.

ITS Global Tours is our company and we booked Winsar Park for a group stay , It was for a medical conference ASICON , Our guest had a wonderful experience and quality service , will try and book this hotel for our future groups.

We have conducted a business workshop for govt. officials. Hotel has banquet facilities and restaurant. Budget hotel and is located in a prime location at Vishakhapatnam. Rooms are good and have all modern facilities. Hotel owner son is very friendly and helpful.

I went to this hotel about to 09 years ago.. Room size is decent one, but disappointing this is they changed their 24 hours checkin & checkout service..now it’s 12.00noon to 11.00am… It’s buffet breakfast is the finest one.. Hotel’s location is always the major advantage..Hardly some meters from sea beach.. Room service is bit laggy and WiFi service is the worst which is a disappointment one.. In room dining food costs are bit higher, quantity should be reduce ***** with its price.. Hotel arranged cab/taxi for us which is the best one.. The cab/taxi driver is the best one.. Budget hotel in a decent location.. Hotel recommended for couple, family, solo travellers..
