All was good, if you are going to the convention center this place is perfect. Beach is another story, a slight walk.
Elevators were not good though. One broke while I was there for my one night. The other 2 you could press your floor and the elevator would forget, one moment you're going up, then all of a sudden down and you have to repress the button. One of the rides I just got off so I didn't get stuck. Woke up the next morning to see one of them out of order.

The bed and pillows were awful. We were suppose to stay until Sunday and decided we were too uncomfortable and left Saturday evening instead. Very much uncomfortable. We should be refunded for a day ☹️

The room was clean, large & comfortable. There is a naval base near by and the jets were flying until at least 11:00 pm, so it was noisy. We wanted to get take-out from the restaurant in the lobby but they wouldn't answer the phone. It wasn't busy in the restaurant. We called the front desk and they said it was a slow time of the year and we had to go down to the restaurant to order. We ordered from Olive Garden instead. There was a problem with the hot water in the morning so we had cold showers. They didn't advise us or compensate us for that issue. Overall, wouldn't stay there again.

Awesome hotel. Service was great both at the front desk and at breakfast. Room was ready a little early which was nice. Super close to the convention center and the makeup mirror in the bathroom was a nice addition.

The water was cold all weekend and the property, overcharged my card. The cleaning staff entered the room, cleaned the room and didn’t make up one of the beds kind of weird. When I said something about the water, the front desk member said you should’ve called we would’ve fixed it, how would you fix it the hotel was packed all weekend. I don’t think they prepared well for all the events of the weekend they are next door to the conversation center, as I was telling him he was very nonchalant and dismissive.

My stay served it's purpose. The check in was super easy. My room was great, just the hot water took a while in the shower to heat up. Just know, breakfast isnt included. Its $20+ and gratuity is automatically included. Very clean area as well!
