Hotel staff was excellent! Everyone was so nice and helpful. When we arrived our room was ready but there was a lot of sand in the floor. Everything else was clean. It was hot in the elevator and it was very slow! We were on the 7th floor and it took forever to get the elevator. Overall it was a great experience!

The staff was very friendly. The location was great, however the cleanliness of the room was not great. The couch was propped up on cardboard. There was duck tap on the floor tiles. My youngest was 10 months old and crawling around and her knees where black when I went to pick her back up. But very friendly staff. Over all for a 2 night stay it was fine. We didnt come to stay in the room. We came to enjoy the beach and we did.

Hotel was what you would expect from a slightly outdated beach hotel. Room was very spacious. Even thou the beds are not that comfortable . They are on metal Frame boxes. The fridge/ cook top in the room were clean but the actual floor was disgusting. We had to request a broom and mop. We couldn't walk in socks or barefoot as the bottoms of our feet turned jet black.
Other than that the place seemed safe, parking was tight but easy and convenient. Very close to the boardwalk and access to the handicap ramps onto the beach. We would stay here again

Dirty bedding, no toilet paper when we checked in, **** smell throughout the property, no housekeeping services any day… you get what you pay for and this place isn’t worth the cheaper rates. We stayed 2 nights then found another hotel on the boardwalk.

Huge living room and separate bedroom , updated . Private balcony overlooking ocean . Right in center of Boardwalk, can walk to everything.

I loved that it was a good price and we was right in the beach. The hot water wasn’t hot watering but overall it was a good experience

We were there for 5 days and housekeeping never came. I asked at the front desk twice for housekeeping to come get trash and towels. I had to get the towels each time we ran out then I was given a trash bag to bring back the dirty towels to the front desk. There were dirty towels outside of the room the first 3 days until I asked the front desk to please get someone to pick them up someone picked them up the next day. I was frustrated that they never picked up the trash or swept the room the whole time we were there. There were 5 bags of trash when we left. The hot water took 5 minutes or more to get to the faucet for us to get warm water. Probably because they were not busy so it had to travel through pipes a long way to get to the room. I had asked for a refund for the last night because I had asked specifically for housekeeping to come to the room Wednesday night and they still had not came by the time we checked out Friday. I could not get a refund because i booked though Travelocity.

Front staff was always nice and friendly. Perfect location to do everything at the oceanfront. Hotel was clean. Was able to get late check out. Would stay again
