The Originals City, Hôtel le Pavillon, Béziers Est

I arrived quite late and the restaurant was already closing but I was lucky and they prepared me an amazing sandwich. The breakfast is great and the staff 10/10. All in all a great location to rest when on route as it s close to the highway but you don't hear it.

What a terrible experience staying at this place. The hotel is currently under construction, as can be seen on the picture. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbours talking in a normal tone of voice. We booked directly via the website where they advertise a privilege room with 25m2 and a separate bedroom, but the gentlemen assured us that they only have one type of room. Which raises the question why it is 15EUR more expensive. You can see on the attached picture that they now changed the listed m2 but the description still clearly states a separate bedroom. The gentlemen who checked us in was so rude I have never experienced anything like this in my life before. He raised his voice at us, did not let us finish speaking, did not even try to speak english with us and called me a liar. The hotel does have a one dog per room only policy in the hotel, which was not clear to us before actually reading it in the hotel brochure that we found in the room. Before I made the booking I called the hotel and the lady on the phone said it was fine as long as I leave a note again, which I did when I made the reservation. I am absolutely still shocked about the way we were treated and that no apologies were offered by anyone the next day! People like this should not be allowed to work in the tourism sector. If you can choose another hotel, do it. Anything is better than this. The only friendly and polite people were the two young women cleaning the rooms.

We got brought here after our Ryanair flight got cancelled at very short notice. We got to the hotel as a big group and was very impressed with the staff who were very welcoming. We got checked in quickly and given a three course meal. The food was delicious, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with a lovely big bed. A very big thank you and we’ll done to all the staff that helped us in a very stressful situation. I would definitely visit this hotel again

You must have a car to stay here nothing near it ,nice pool .be aware there is no food available on Sunday

We stayed one night as well situated on major road network. We found the staff friendly and professional. We used the swimming pool and rested at pool side. Our room was a good size, we had a full nights sleep. The meal we had in the evening was very good cannot understand a previous review describing the restaurant unfavourably, when we were there it was full and heard no one complaining. We chose the tagliatelle dish if was excellent. Breakfast was good.

Though close to the motorway, the hotel is very well insulated. Beds are confortable, staff is very kind and helpful. The pool is good enough for a little swim. Breakfast buffet is excellent, choice of fruit, juice, bread and pastries, ham cheese and eggs.

Do not eat in the ‘restaurant’ - not only are you facing main road traffic, the food is about the standard you would expect in a 2nd rate European bar, greasy, overcooked, small portions, and barely even recognizable as per overblown descriptions on menu. The rooms themselves are barely even ibis quality and all for an overpriced rate. Find something better, which wouldn’t be hard.

Di ritorno con un viaggio organizzato dalla Spagna ho avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo ristorante/self-service/hotel di cui valuto ed esprimo la mia piena soddisfazione. Ottimo locale con eccellente pulizia, cibo regionale pregevole, rapporto qualità/prezzo buono. Lo consiglio.

Dans la zone commerciale de Villeuve-les-Beziers, cet hôtel restaurant classé logis de France dispose d’un parking privé et fermé. Le restaurant , l’amandier, est installé dans grande et belle salle, confortablement meublée. Belle terrasse aux beaux jours, Service efficace et très sympathique. Les plats sont faits à partir de produits frais, bien préparés et bien cuits. La présentation à l’assiette est parfaite. Beau choix de vins locaux. Un vrai régal pour les yeux comme pour le palais. Prix très convenables. Accueil des groupes possible.
