La atención del personal es muy bueno, pero las habitaciones tiene muchos detalles, la tarjeta de acceso y los contactos de luz no siempre funcionan, los aparatos electrónicos son muy viejos y hace ver la habitación muy descuidada.

Old building , poorly maintained. Front desk staff is terrible, no bell boy services. Rooms are equipped with old and bad condition furniture and appliances.

This is a luxury hotel for a great price! Every thing, every one was amazing. From the valet who also detailed our rental car, to the front desk who sent us out to try pishul and the local tamales of Villa Luz. The housekeepers who always came back if we hadn't left yet, the restaurant staff that did an awesome job with our limited espanol! The service in the garden and at the poolside. I felt pampered! True luxury treatment!
The room was well lit, the toilet was separate from the shower and jetted tub (which not only worked but the jets were also clean!) the bed was comfortably firm with lots of pillows. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room. Room service has the same hours as the restaurant, I would recommend you eat in the garden though.
Covid policies were respected by staff and guests, masks, sanitizing gel, temperatures.

The service at Quinta Eden is top notch. Because of my limited español, we used google translate or someone was found who could speak english. I felt pampered, from the valet, housekeeping, front desk, restaurant and even security.
Covid measures are still in full force. Hand sanitizer and temperature reader at front door and masks throughout the property.
The garden is a lovely place for morning coffee and any meal. There is poolside service as well, via the phone at the counter.
The room has a lot of lighting, the bed is comfortably firm with a lot of pillows. There is a mini fridge and nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a separate toilet from the shower and jetted tub (which worked very well and was also clean when the jets came on!)
This is definitely a luxury hotel, with a surprisingly affordable price.
