It’s basically not a 4* hotel as its swimming facilities are none existent. There’s a lovely pool but you’re not allowed to use it. You’re directed to a completely separate building down the street which is a members gym where you’ll have to pay per person per visit. Also, you’ll have to pay for towels and swimming caps and are limited to one visit per day. The breakfast is limited and you’d need to drive to get around. There is a bus but they’re unreliable and it takes around 50 minutes to get to Barcelona. The staff are quite efficient but you don’t exactly feel welcome. It’s a nice building and very well presented but it’s just a shame they don’t tell people the truth about their facilities. Also on the last morning. They had construction work ongoing so coffee was with a background of hammer drills and workmen banging the wall inside the room directly adjoining the dining area. No mention or apologies of this work. Could have selected a much better time of day it.

A 5 minutes du bord de mer.. hôtel agréable et accueil souriant..chambre spacieuse terrasse extérieur donnant sur une piscine extérieure..literie correcte et bonne insonorisation..petit déjeuner correct parking devant hôte ou en contrebas…

This is not a 4 star hotel nor is it a full service hotel/resort. The breakfast is a joke and if you want hot food it’s extra including eggs. 7 euros for 4 eggs is outlandish.
The staff is unprofessional and talks about personal matters in front of everyone. The supposed spa is not even an actual spa… it’s inside of a gym complex about 100 meters from The hotel. On several occasions we had to ask for the mini bar to be filled( it was included in our room so they wouldn’t fill it)
Checking and checkout are not 24/7 there is no room service as advertised. Again this is not a 4 star hotel.
This place is not for anyone who does not have a car rental as NOTHING is in walking distance.
Lastly, the smell in the hotel was intense. They sprayed some type of perfume that destroyed the senses.
Pros- the shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The afternoon reception gentleman was amazing.

This was a hotel that looks amazing from the outside but all the little issues was it major down fall. Needs painting in the toilet (disgusting). Patio doors spent 30 minutes trying to shut it had to get hotel staff to shut it first night to which the member of staff says it wasnt easy to shut. All the little extra to use the spa and swimmer pool/ gym was a massive let down it says 11.50€ each day per person but what they dont tell you is that its only one per visit per day and you also Must pay 8.50€ for a swimmers hat. Overall very poor experience

Sejour quelque peu décevant... Plusieurs points à revoir. Premièrement, le petit déjeuner qui annonce un buffet mais qui n'en est pas un. Juste quelques charcuteries et fruits, en plus du plateau de base qui vous est servi. Les produits sont de qualité mais j'aurais apprécié un vrai buffet pour avoir du choix... J'avais pris la chambre spa, honnêtement, elle est chère pour ce qu'elle est, l'hygiène n'était pas au top, le petit salon extérieur pas nettoyé, la porte donnant l'accès à la piscine ne fermait pas bien, ce qui m'a obligé à passer par les couloirs, le mode de variation "jets deau" de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas donc je n'ai pu utiliser qu'un seul type de massage. Nous avons également été étonnés de devoir payer l'eau que nous avons demandée le soir, vu le prix de la chambre, cela aurait pu être compris !... Le mini bar ne proposant qu'une mini bouteille pour 2, et quelques sodas et jus de fruits. Pas de snacks.... Parasols cassés à la piscine, photos trompeuses car piscine petite et en bord de route... assez bruyant tout de même. L'accès à la salle de sport est payant, j'aurais pensé qu'à 260 eur/nuit il serait inclus... Cela dit, quelques points positifs : Le personnel est au top et le petit centre commercial à côté est sympa. La proximité avec BCN et La Roca village est top. La mer pas loin.

Nous sommes venus l’année dernière pour assister a la course moto GP au circuit de Mon**elo Nous revenons cette année !! Hôtel au top ! Personnel au top Le petite déjeuner à tomber ! Le cadre parfait bref parfait !! On revient l’année prochaine
